Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

The Grand View Villa is a newly refurbished, but classic, Greek home. From the exposed beams to the classic kitchen, the decor and to the fire place, the home brings a warm, old world feel to a perfect intersection with today's comforts and luxuries. All the local stores, restaurants and bars are just 3 to 5 minutes away, as well as the tour operating offices.
