Βρίσκεται στον κόμβο για τρεις μοναδικούς προορισμούς που χιλιομετρικά οι αποστάσεις είναι ίσες. 30 χλμ περίπου η Καλαμπάκα και τα Μετέωρα, 30 χλμ περίπου το Περτούλι, 30 χλμ περίπου η λίμνη Πλαστήρα. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής οι καταρράκτες της Παλαιοκαρυάς, καθώς και λίγα χιλιόμετρα πιο πάνω η μαγευτική Ελάτη. και στη συνέχεια το Περτούλι με το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο!!

Το διαμέρισμα είναι στον Πρώτο όροφο. Υπάρχουν 15 σκαλιά για το το διαμέρισμα. Δεν είναι κατάλληλο για άτομα με ειδικές ανάγκες.
