Second stay and we just love the convenient location and quiet neighborhood. Heather's place is a Deland gem.

Our family of 8 stayed 4 nights during my niece’s wedding weekend. The house is spacious and met the needs of my parents and my adult sons & their wives. The house is a short block from the beach with direct access onto the sand. It is close to great restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Sherri was very communicative with quick responses. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful, quiet cottage overlooking a gorgeous garden area! Wonderful location near everything in NSB but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

Stayed here for my cousins wedding. It was a great place to stay. My dog enjoyed the backyard and the house was very nice. Would be a place we would stay again if needed!

Nice place, loved the location as I like to go to NSB as well as Daytona. Was great having a fenced in backyard even though we take the dogs most every where we go because there are so many pet friendly places that you can take them, but it’s nice to let them out to take care of business without having to take ‘em out. Will be a place I’d stay again for sure. ✌🏻

We really loved our stay! We are a family of five and she was very accommodating to children and a young toddler. There things for the beach available so we didn’t have to worry about packing or traveling with those things. Evenings were quiet and beautiful. My family enjoyed the shared pool space and beautiful patio. It was really a great time and the host was very responsive to all of our needs.

Barbie is very responsive if you have any questions., it only took about 4 minutes for her to respond to a message. The tranquility of this place is amazing. You can tell cleanliness and guests accommodation is extremely important to them. Me and my family love this place we will keep going back every year for jeep beach.

Excellent place. We felt right at home. The house was clean and ready for us to enjoy our vacation. The community is very quiet. The house is 16 minute drive from Flagler Beach. The grocery store is less than 5 minute drive. We loved the heated pool. Even though we have spent most of the daytime being at the beach or sightseeing - being able to come home and have a quick swim in a private pool was very nice. The hosts promptly replied to all my questions; they were professional and friendly. We highly recommend this house and the hosts. We hope to come back to this place in the future!

Johanna was very pleasant and helpful. Drove from CT to see my father who was very sick. She was in communication whole trip down had lights and house ready for my 3am arrival. We chose to get the pool heated and it was nice and warm on arrival. House was very cozy and home like feeling. We cooked in the kitchen grilled outside and were able to enjoy the pool even at night with privacy and colored lighting outside was a great touch. The outside patio was nice for conversation and drinks and being fenced in was a plus with the bugs. Johanna checked with me to see how my father was doing and genuinely cared. Master bedroom and shower was amazing wanna redo my house the same way. All in all my rating is a 15 out of 10 best Airbnb I have stayed yet and will be returning every time I visit my father. All restaurants and stores were only 5-8 minutes away and neighborhood was pleasant for walks and nice and quiet.

The house worked well for our family of six. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to some great restaurants and easy to get to other attractions.

My party included myself, my 12 year old son, my 81 year old mom and 2 pups Gaston & Thunder. Upon arrival we all felt immediately right at home. The gardenia was blooming in the back yard which added this tropical intoxication. The pool was a perfect refresher from the heat. Really there was nothing to find fault with. Ronnie & Marlo, were super welcoming and offered assistance whenever needed. The neighbors were super welcoming as well. All and all absolute perfection. Thank you!

We felt right at home in Matt's place. The house was big and spacious, we absolutely loved the pool on the back porch. Was a perfect setting to grill dinner and enjoy the pool, was very hot outside but the back porch was very shaded and comfortable you could feel the ocean breeze., just perfect!! The ocean access was very close walking distance. The garage was also stocked with all you need for a day at the beach. Coolers, umbrellas, chairs, even beach toys for the kids. The kitchen was also stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family. The snacks and bottle of wine that was left for us by Matt was a great surprise and treat after a 6 hour drive. Plenty of restaurants within good driving distance. Plus a circle K at the top of the road. Matt was very responsive to my messages. We would definitely stay at Matt's again in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great stay! Looked even better in person. Comfortable beds, wonderful backyard, the list goes on! Felt right at home, everything we needed was there.

This was my 2nd stay and just as good as the first. Wonderful hosts, clean clean everything, and a peaceful location only minutes from grocery, etc. Will always be on my Wishlist for this area. Highly recommend!

Thankyou for a wonderful trip. You were a host that we will remember for a long timw. Your place was perfect for our trip. More spacious than it looks. But most of all, you were the kindest, most proactive host we've ever had. And check-in was a breeze and so well explained. And for ONCE the check out instructions were WONDERFUL. So simple and didn't seem like so many rules and things to do lol. Sounds silly, but it was so nice. The quick walk across to the beach was just wonderful! I feel like we should know you! You were just that friendly! ❤️❤️

What a wonderful trip! Cindy was very helpful & responsive. The home was so clean & felt very comfortable, worked great for our whole family. We’ll definitely be back!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

Absolutely loved the place, very relaxing an so peaceful. Waking up to the sound of the ocean in the backyard was the best!!! Barbra was very respectful an responded with any issues or problems we had (which we didn’t) Home was very clean when we arrived. Giving Barbra an he property 20 outta 10. Definitely worth it an would recommend to others. We will be back!!!!

We have stayed in a number of places in Daytona for JeepBeach and finally found the right place! Excellent location, walkable to the beach. Nice and quiet, great to have a yard for our dog as well. Unit was exactly as described. Aurelia was super nice and quick to respond. Nice to have off street parking too! Highly recommended!!

I recently returned from another incredible stay at Double C Ranch, and I can't recommend it enough! This marks my fifth year at this wonderful Airbnb, and it has truly become a cherished tradition for me. Dalton and Britney are amazing hosts who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The house itself is rustic with a charming outdoors hunting style, perfectly nestled in the woods on an active farm. It strikes the perfect balance of being rustic yet exceptionally well-kept and clean. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be! The property offers great fishing opportunities at the creek right behind the house, which is a highlight of my visits. I've also enjoyed several guided tours with Dalton, who is knowledgeable and passionate about the area. Every year I come back, I feel warmly welcomed, and I truly appreciate how they make things happen to enhance our stay! See you guys next year Matt PMF South Florida
