Recently reopened after two months undergoing major renovation! Previously had 110 very favorable reviews while with a different vacation rental company. The only non-five star ratings (a few 4 stars) of the 110 cited the "somewhat outdated" kitchen. That has been totally remedied with keen attention to the highest quality! Enjoy the comforts of a clean, newly renovated in-law suite (attached to our home), only 3 miles ‘til your toes are in the sand! We are only 1.5 miles from historic Canal Street & Riverside Park, and 2 miles to Flagler Ave. The city golf course is 1/2 mile away. No pets. No emotional support animals. If you have a legitimate service animal please let me know when you make your request to book, NOT when you arrive. If you’re booking multiple nights over a holiday I will adjust the pricing.

The original LaLa's unit, top floor of a three-story beach house across the street from the sand and a short walk to Flagler Avenue dining and shops. Ride up in your own private elevator (the only one in the house) or take the back stairs. King bedroom, a second sleeping room with a full bed set up as a pass-through off the main room, and a clawfoot soaking tub. We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

Locally there are plenty of attractions, nightlife, dining out, biking, and over 20 parks with access to tennis courts, and Princess Place Preserve. Flagler County has 8+ golf courses. Orlando is 90 minutes away.
