Orchard cottage is a cosy 2 bedroom detached property set in the heart of the ancient village of Holcombe in the beautiful county of Devon. Ideally situated less than 10 minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes by car from the towns of Dawlish and Teignmouth. The cottage consists of, upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two singles, bathroom with bath/shower & WC,down stairs a very cosy lounge and good size kitchen/dining room. Dogs welcome, maximum of 2 medium/small ones.

Beech Cottage, Southlands Farm, Dunkeswell

Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Idyllic Luxury Thatched Cottage on Devon Farm

Fox Cottage is a little gem in South Devon. Beautifully refurbished, the 18th century thatched building is ideal for a relaxing break or for a longer stay. The Farm has rare-breed sheep, goats and chickens as well as heritage cider orchards and a 17th Century Cider House. From time-to-time produce can be bought during your stay. Tucketts is a peaceful regenerative farm and a wildlife haven. It's just a short walk over fields or through woodland to the Farm's shingle beach on the Teign estuary.

Close to Torbay, and Dartmoor National Park, by car 15 minutes to Torquay, 20 minutes to Exeter and 30 minutes to Dartmouth. 2 hours 30 minutes to London by train. The Annex at Waterfield House in South Devon

The Annex at Waterfield House is a beautiful, light, spacious get away. The bedroom has bifold doors opening to a balcony with views over the Rive Teign estuary down to Shaldon and Teignmouth. The en-suite has a shower and separate bath and there is even a dressing room. Downstairs the entrance opens into the atrium, again with bifold doors opening onto the decking and garden, a lovely spot to enjoy the pastries for breakfast. Loungers are supplied for those lazy moments. Ample parking.

Courtyard Cottage is a very attractive and beautifully restored, 17th century home in the heart of Topsham, just a few meters from the high street with its shops, pubs and eateries and five minutes walk from the historic quay and waterfront. Ideal for a waterside getaway, Chiefs games and visiting Exeter university.
