Our three-month stay at this Miami apartment from January to April 2025, was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Martha, the host of Urban Nest, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any questions or requests were addressed promptly and professionally. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Miami, especially for a longer period. We would definitely book again!

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. My cousin and I went to Miami for a cosmetic surgery and this unit was absolutely perfect. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. I would recommend this condo to all types of age groups, families, or individuals coming in for surgery. As this condo and area has everything that you need in a walking distance. We were greeted by a very friendly lady named Betty Colon who was so helpful and nurturing to us. We were not being able to lift or pull doors and she helped us any time she was there.

We were very pleased with the condo. It looked exactly like the photos, the kitchen had clearly been redone not too long ago, the place was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also very quiet, daytime and overnight. We never heard any of the neighbors and, being on the top floor, no one was above us. It's very close to all the stores and restaurants in Plantation and also the Sawgrass Mills Mall.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with our moms at this apartment. We felt comfortable and relaxed every evening when we came and we had a nice area to spend time together in the living room and then we had nice spacious bedrooms to go to rest. This apartment was perfect for us with great shopping options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fue una estancia magnífica, volveríamos a repetir sin duda! Leonie es una gran anfitriona, estuvo súper atenta desde nuestra llegada hasta que dejamos el apartamento y siempre muy amable. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y perfectamente limpio, da gusto pasar unos días en su estancia porque te sientes como en casa con todas las amenidades que te ofrece Leonie. Erick could not have been a better host, and the house could not have been a better fit for our group. It’s SO close to the beach, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The pool is lovely and the rooms are very spacious. No complaints at all! We are already thinking of booking for next year!

This was the perfect spot for our friends Bachelorette Party ! We had the best time and the air bnb was perfect ! Beautiful spot and area ! Looked exactly like the pictures ! This was a great place for our family of five. Good central location, private, and quiet. We were here to visit with elderly parents that live nearby but cannot host us, so we didn’t do much sightseeing. The back patio had enough seating for all of us, and that is where we spent most of our time. The heated pool was a big hit… No shock to the body when going in. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place it was spotless and so clean . We had a great time and the host was so accommodating. They greet you when you check in and show you around the house . I really thought that was really nice of them . I would book with them again .

This place was amazing! My family was quite impressed and totally enjoyed. The house was neat, amenities were available as stated, instructions were clear. Backyard space was great as well. We would have fully take advantage of the space available if we stayed longer. Our hosts, Reese and Isabela, were very responsive from day one and quite accommodating, and provided frequent updates and reminders, where needed. I highly recommend!

Amazing stay, second time staying here. Ariana was so flexible with us and made sure we had everything we needed. It was incredibly clean and a big open space perfect for our family and two kids!
