Miles was very responsive and accommodating. Our group had 3 kids ages between 3-6 and they loved the pool, proximity to the beach, and the little playground! We also loved that every room had its own bathroom. The house is perfectly set up for a family getaway. We will definitely be returning!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted a low-key but nice home to relax over our spring break trip vacation. The home, backyard, and pool definitely delivered on all of that for us. The home was also conveniently located which gave us drivable access to the many beaches that Miami has to offer. Our hosts were always very responsive when we had questions. All in all we had a great experience here!

My wife and I stayed here for a few months while we built or new house. We experienced a few hiccups, but everything was handled quickly and with little inconvenience to us and our stay. The location is great and there is a lot to experience within walking distance, but if you want to explore more there is a free ride service which allows you to go just about everywhere in downtown Delray Beach while only having to tip the driver. I would definitely stay here again and, in fact, my wife is planning a trip back to South Florida to visit some of our friends and she plans to stay at this house during her vacation. Make sure to check out some of the local restaurants, stores, and beaches when you are there.

Adriana and Ricardo were very friendly and responsive. They communicated well whenever we had inquiries. Their place was as described and shown in their photos. The home was neat, clean and today. It was a perfect place to stay for our group of 6 people. Would highly recommend!

Great host, great accommodations and very communicative. Beds are very fresh sheets were clean and kitchen. Had everything you could need! Pool was even heated!! Definitely a good spot and highly recommend it to anybody that has a group. I will see the photos on the Airbnb app. Do not do this place justice! It definitely looks better in person and everyone that stayed absolutely loved it! Also loved that upstairs for the bathrooms. They connected to every single room. No one had any issues being able to use a restroom at any time.

We had a wonderful time at John’s place. Awesome location just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Our place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained and very quiet and relaxing. John was extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit. We will definitely come back and stay at John’s place. What a place to come back to after a long day of work! The water was always hot and the house was big enough for five guys to have their own space. This was a very big house (our kids kept saying mansion) in Miami Springs, with lots of stuff to keep everyone entertained- foosball, billards, cornhole, old style Pac-Man/ Donkey Long video game console, darts, plus a pool and hottub. We had plenty of room to hang out and to sleep. The location is perfectly fine though the house is a bit far from Miami Beach. Rick was a great host and very easy to communicate with.

We just finished our stay at this location. This place is awesome. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated. We wanted the pool a bit warmer all it took was a call to Ron and within minutes the temp was up. We never yet had a host to be so available regardless of how many times you call or message him. We had an issue with our scheduling and Ron was very understanding and accommodative. It's a great place and a must see! Thanks Ron, we appreciate all you did.
