Fully Equipped Condo - Sleeps 6 - Walk to Broadway

Take a morning stroll and enjoy the sunrise from the riverfront park and pedestrian bridge. Scout out the perfect roof-tops and Broadway honky-tonks before the crowds show up, then walk back and regroup at the condo which features three memory foam beds before staging your fun-filled live music downtown adventure . . . . . on your way, maybe add some of my favorites: Coffee at Crema, Brunch at Cafe’ Intermezzo, or the new Food Assembly Hall @ 5th and Broadway for a ridiculous amount of options !

Comfy and cozy can be cool and artistic! This fully and newly renovated space is the perfect get-away space. Its peaceful, creative, clean, and artistic. Walking distance from some of the best of what Nashville has to offer (12th South, Melrose, Downtown, Belmont, Vandy, etc) and a ($6) inexpensive Lyft or Uber ride to the rest of the best! 5 mins - Downtown Nash (Titans/Preds/Broadway/Ryman) 4 mins - Vandy/Belmont 3 mins - Grocery store 2 mins - Great food 1 min - liquor store right next door

Located in downtown Nashville, this condo is close to the Broadway Strip, Nissan Stadium, Sounds Stadium, Historic Germantown, Brooklyn Bowl, the Farmers Market and so much more! You’ll love my place because of the location, the coziness, and the beautiful views of the water. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

Welcome to Music Row’s Spence Manor, home of world-famous musicians including Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney and Johnny Cash. Most artists would stay here when in town to record at nearby studios. This condo was designed to bring back the luxury that these musicians enjoyed. It is at the center of all Nashville entertainment. Enjoy the amenities which include a guitar-shaped pool (May through September) and free parking for 1 vehicle.
