A pristine apartment in an ideal location for exploring Coventry. Safe easy access car parking on site. Well equipped with plenty of space and even a balcony. A clear video gave exact easy to follow instructions for access and Ana was very supportive when messaging when we found it difficult to locate on arrival. V convenient local shops for breakfast goods. We would happily come back to explore Coventry more.

One of our favourite stays! Julie’s place is absolutely gorgeous - so cosy and beautifully decorated. Julie was so sweet, really helpful and went above and beyond for us. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location to explore the area. Really peaceful and relaxing stay, just what we needed before attending a wedding! Would definitely recommend ☺️

Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.

My wife and I had a lovely stay in Lilian's apartment with our two small dogs. The check-in instructions were clear, and we found the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom all spotlessly clean and well equipped. The centre of Birmingham was a little under a 30-minute drive away; the residential location itself was very peaceful. The small garden to the rear of the property was secure and well maintained, and as the evening became chillier, it was easy to adjust the thermostat to warm up the apartment. Friends had recommended Millison's Wood for a nearby dog walk, and the Bakery at Hampton Manor for breakfast pastries and coffee, which we duly did, before checking out finally. We would happily return if we were visiting our dear friends or this part of the Midlands again.

Great communication from start. Instructions for check in was easy. Very clean and tidy place. Was welcomed with warms and smiles which is always appreciated! Had great sleep would definitely recommend!

Had such a lovely stay. Perfect location for walking to local pubs and so peaceful. Host was amazing giving local recommendations and decorating with balloons for a birthday. A lot more spacious than expected. Would definitely reccommend!

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

I stayed at The Hayloft whilst looking for a place to rent of my own, the house became like my home and I truly enjoyed the peacefulness of the countryside and how private it felt. The house was pristine and they had a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, it was amazing to get a chance to use their place as a stepping stone. I would’ve loved to have stayed on. The hosts were extremely nice and responded to all my queries, I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to everyone I know and don’t know!

We arrived earlier than expected and Gerald was happy to show us in before the scheduled time which was really helpful. The place had everything that we needed and was spotless. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Amanda was an amazing host always responsive to my questions. I lived in this house for around 2 months. It was a bit pricy however worth the money. Very clean and lot of amenities. The location is very close to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. I enjoyed this house a lot.

Susie was a great host and very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well for our family. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area.

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times. Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

Lovely place - Kate was quick to respond to any queries and a lovely host. Lovely bathroom and shower (always high on our list) and the living room was great for me to work and my children to get on with some of their projects/ homework. Lovely walks/runs from the front door and very close to Rutland water and everything it offers. Excellent value.
