We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

We all loved our stay at the Coach house. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and the gardens were stunning. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool which was a real treat! We would love to return and stay here again. Highly recommend.

What a wonderful few days we’ve had at the Round House for our first trip to the Peak District. We loved the house and the pool was a really big highlight - all of our three girls said it’s the best! Having stayed in lots of different Air B&Bs, we want to say how well Izzy communicated. We had a nightmare journey up on Friday from Devon and she let us use the pool an hour after the finish time, which was much appreciated. She was also quick to answer any questions over the weekend - nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back to the Peaks again as it’s a beautiful county and hope to check out their other property Swallows. Highlights included walks along Dovedale, Thor’s cave and of course, Chatsworth only 10 mins away. The house is very comfortable and an excellent location for the sights.

We had absolutely wonderful stay at Little Canwood House in such a peaceful setting! The spacious kitchen, cozy living areas, and fun games room made it perfect for both relaxing and entertaining during our Easter holiday 🐰🐣 The welcome hamper was a lovely surprise—our dog especially enjoyed hers too! Charmaine and Andrea were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for a relaxing rural getaway with family, friends, and pets!

Beautiful accommodation overlooking the park. Clean and comfortable beds and sofas. Kitchen well equipped. Jo very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely book again.

We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

The property itself was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for our extended stay. This house is amazing. We were blown away by the stunning views the moment we arrived, it was even better than the pictures we’d seen online. The house was perfect for our group of 9 ladies celebrating a 40th birthday, plenty of space in the house and lots of space outside with multiple seating areas to enjoy the view of the lake. Richard and Sophie were so helpful and friendly with plenty of tips on things to do in the surrounding area. Richard made us feel very welcome and helped with a booking at the local pub. The separate bar was fantastic, amazing to have our own private pub! The hot tub area was fab with a sunset view in the evening. 5 bedrooms and 3 en-suites were all lovely, one small issue was there was no separate bathroom which we knew from the description but we all managed fine, there is also a separate wc. The kitchen and utility had everything we needed. The living space was so unique with quirky chairs and decor and fab lighting in the evening. We loved it, Thankyou!

Good size, clean ,good layout , only annoyance was that it has has off street parking but unable to access but parking on street not a problem

A wonderful stay. Group of 5 adults and 4 children plus a small baby. Plenty of space for everyone. Very well equipped and clean. Good location, short walk to the town centre and lots of lovely places to eats and nice shops. Host was really helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Just back from a family stay at George’s beautiful house. All I can say was it exceeded our expectations. The house is massive, very clean and with just about every extra you could imagine. Quiet area despite being on the promenade and the stargate tram away from the bustle of Blackpool. The kids were all sad when we were leaving and we’ve had to promise them we will come again soon. Can’t recommend this place enough. 10/10

The house is definitely home from home vibe! It was brilliant for all age groups and would definitely return. The house is absolutely spotless, even had hoover lines in every room. Adam is a great host and communicates back promptly. I would 100% recommend staying here! The hot tub was a hit for all the family too!
