A 5 min walk to Fairfield train station, on the same line as the famous Melbourne Cricket Ground, & Tennis Centre, 10-15 minutes away, or Marvel Stadium 25 mins. Sports & Concerts. Entry via the laneway provides privacy, while on street parking is not time restricted. A 5 minute drive to the Eastern Freeway also opens up day or onward trips from Melbourne. This rustic little studio cottage is a 8x5m room in my backyard. It is also connected to my art studio on the south side. There is a separate side gate entrance on the right or West side of the house with a keycode. I will send this to you directly. The cottage is fully self-contained, kitchenette, frig, microwave, electric plug in hotplate, shower, toilet, WIFI, table & chairs, linen, Electric blanket, no TV. There will be some further notes to orientate you upon arrival.
