Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Make yourself at home in this cozy, artist-designed apartment in the heart of the DeTonti historic district, just steps from downtown Mobile. This true mid-century gem is right around the corner from Greer’s Market and rooftop bar, local coffee shop favorite Nova Espresso, and a short walk or bike ride to other area restaurants, shops, and museums. Off street parking just a few blocks from the parade route makes this a great Mardi Gras landing pad for up to three guests.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
