Private Riverfront Home 5 Min to DT Alliant and UW

Location can't be beat-5 minutes to Alliant Energy Center, downtown and UW-Madison. Private deck overlooking the Yahara River off of the living room. Both bedrooms are upstairs, along with the full bathroom with tub. Half bath on the main level, spacious living room and fully stocked kitchen. This entire unit is yours to enjoy! There are 2 new queen beds, the couch pulls out into a queen size bed, which also a memory foam mattress. We are dog friendly, but please read the requirements below.

My 1898 Victorian has been separated into two units. You have your own entrance to the apt that makes up 1/2 of my 2nd floor and the entire third-floor of my house, located in the heart of Deforest. Walk to restaurants, parks, and other establishments.. I would be happy to share recommendations if that’s something you would like. Your unit sleeps eight people, and is priced for four. Fantastic 2 bed waterfront home on a dead-end street with beautiful views of the Yahara River. Only 25 min from downtown Madison, and 5 min from Stoughton. Serene, quiet, and teeming with cranes, eagles, osprey, beaver, deer, turkey and turtles! Spend a day floating in our kayaks or fish off our pier, as the river has almost no boat traffic, averages 2'-5' deep, and has a very slow current Our brick patio was made for entertaining with 2 firepits, a grill, and a great jacuzzi!
