*UPDATE after Helene: This home had flooding around it, but was not damaged and is open for rental! Creeper Trail is open towards Abingdon! Beautiful and unique barn that has been converted into a lovely and spacious tri-plex ! This listing is for the largest, main part of the home! Huge deck and fire pit by the river. Located directly on the Virginia Creeper Trail. Ride your bike to downtown Damascus! The grocery store, brewery, park and bike shuttles are all a reasonable ride from the house!

Scott Hill Cabin #3

You’ll love Scott Hill Cabin because of the view, ambience, and location. There are brochures in the cabin to see what options our area has for you. The actual address of the cabin is 1166 Orchard Road. We allow pets, but just ask for prior knowledge. We are just minutes from 2 separate trailheads to the Appalachian Trail. Despite the listing saying 2 beds, it is in fact, 1 double bed. Sorry for the listing mistake. We want to extend a military discount to our past and present service members.

NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Your stay includes the upstairs of our beautiful home: 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area, and a balcony. (Your hosts live downstairs, so we share an entrance.) No kitchen or laundry access. Hurricane Helene caused damage to many trails including the Creeper, which is closed from White Top thru Damascus, altho the section near Abingdon is open. Most roads open. Our Bungalow is intact. Electricity & water are restored. Please email with any questions. The bungalow is walking distance to the center of town. We're just 15 minutes from Abingdon. The house is cozy and we have a great yard for kids and dogs. Our landline phone has unlimited long distance and we have Wifi and Roku TV

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.
