Overall, the place is decent and location is great. There was an incorrect address in the check in message, so that threw me in for a bit of a loop finding the place, but everything else was good

My stay was amazing Austin was extremely helpful and attentive. The actual place was as described, very clean and a great area. Austin made my stay very enjoyable he was so responsive all of the time and one of the best hosts I’ve had!

Home away from home, had everything I needed and parking was easy. Highly recommend!

I had a great stay at David’s place in downtown Dallas. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get around. David was an excellent host, very responsive and clear in his communication, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was seamless, and everything was exactly as described. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Dallas!

Easy to find, big and decorated so nicely. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a game-changer. The street was a bit noisy, but having so much space made up for that! Highly recommend!!

It was very convenient, easy to get everything I needed and get everywhere I wanted to go. Brooke was proactive and checked in to see how everything was going. A great value!

Amazing stay

This is one of the best places we have stayed. There was everything we needed to have a good time and the view of the tracks are an even bigger bonus. The large comfy couch was our go to after the races. My family and I are already planning our next stay here. Thanks so much for our host Laura who made sure we were all set and all ours needs were met.

This was my family’s second visit to Kendal’s place. Everything is amazing and as described. He even had some upgrades from last month! He is very welcoming and responsive. We had no issues, but we know Kendal would’ve handled anything that arose quickly. Don’t hesitate- book his place, before someone else does!

10/10 reccomend staying here! We had such a great time. There was so much for us to do all pretty close to house! The game room jept the children occupied for hours! There were plenty of board games, on in paticular called "utter nonsense", that we plaid for hours with 7 pleople! Such great host that were quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely be bookimg in the future! Thank you so much!

We were faced with the unfortunate situation of a kitchen leak and dealing with (slow and unresponsive) insurance and Alex was so kind and empathetic (she and her husband had dealt with a similar thing and that’s why they decided to do this whole Air Bnb thing!) and always very responsive with any questions or issues. I’d highly recommend this property! For a weekend getaway to a several month long house displacement like ours! Look no further ☺️

Place is beautiful and perfect for my family . Traveling with my teenage sons the gym was a nice touch. Great location, close to many things and neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Moe is kind, gracious and very responsive. Great host!

The host was extremely nice and accommodating. The house had plenty of amenities making the price worth it. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and had no complaints!

Summer is extremely friendly, and responded quickly. Her home is inviting, clean, and accommodating. All of the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet. The traffic can be heavy at times going to/from Fort Worth so plan accordingly. All in all, we had a thoroughly enjoyable trip.

Beautiful and spacious with a home away from home feeling. Not to mention the glorious tub in the master bath. Great communication with hosts and opportunities to reach out with any concerns.

I wish I could leave you 10 stars Paul! With you accommodating me with my early flight arrival put my mind to ease. The space was amazing for my group of 8 adults. The game room was fun and the hot tub was most needed! I am looking forward to staying at me more of your locations.
