Your family & pet can enjoy the hang gliders soaring above from the comfort of our air conditioned cedar sleep pods, tree-deck, fire pit & trails. Would you like to hang glide right over Canopy Experience hiking on our Canopy Property shared 22 acre trail system while playing our treasure hunt game GeoCanopy. Close proximity to popular attractions Cloudland Canyon State Park, Ruby Falls, Rock City and Chattanooga.

Enjoy sunset views from the bluff of Lookout Mtn. A cozy tiny house complete with outdoor fire pit and seating area located just off of scenic highway. Comfortably sleeps two in loft area bed. The house is recently updated and includes a kitchen and bathroom area, as well as a small closet and daybed. Parking is located right next to the house with enough room for two cars. Includes: Refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, pots and pans, silverware, etc. *outdoor shower currently under repair!

Designed by Emily Key, this funky cozy tiny house is built with all recycled materials. Enjoy breathtaking (hot tub) sunsets from the best views on the bluff of Lookout Mountain! Our secluded location is in close proximity to all of Chattanooga's coveted outdoor adventures! Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Cloud-land Canyon (Waterfall Hikes) are all within a 10 minute drive!

Fannie's Place

This tiny home is on the historic home site of Fannie Mennen and the Plum Nelly Clothesline Art Show. She even named the road. The home is brand new, artfully decorated and has 1 double bed, 1 bath, a sleeping loft with 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The view is from 2000 ft elevation and looks into the valley and across to the mountain again. There is civil war history on the property. There is a 100 ft drop so guests are asked to not stay here with young children.

The Barn Guesthouse in the Woods

The Barn Guesthouse is on Lookout Mountain in beautiful Rising Fawn Georgia. It features a modern take on the rustic, cabin aesthetic. Enjoy serene views of the forest from the tall windows with high ceilings and skylights providing space and light. Soak in the claw-foot tub and sit out on the patio. Welcome! The cabin is located at the base of Lookout Mountain Flight Park. Watch hang gliders take off and land from the front windows or deck. Have fun!! ~maybe even take a tandem flight yourself! There is also no better place to hang wait! Hang waiting is when you wait until the conditions are right to fly hang gliders or paragliders. Once the weather is flyable, enjoy a front row seat to the south side tandem takeoffs!
