Beautiful Family Home, One level, Open Floor Plan

Step in and embrace the interior design style of this home. This residence showcases dark wood flooring and architectural wood beams, a blend of rustic and chic aesthetics. It has an open floor plan with two large living areas centered around the kitchen with breakfast bar. The outdoor space features a BBQ grill and a fire pit with plenty of seating and outdoor dining. For the kids there is a swing set and sandbox. Very family friendly. For sleeping, there are three large bedrooms. Groups over six have 2 twin and one queen sized air mattresses available as well as 2 large sectional sofas. My home is completely updated with all the amenities of a high-end hotel. There is high speed internet, a propane grill, a fire pit and a beautiful patio with a table and chairs to enjoy the scenic backyard . All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and the family room is equipped with a 70 inch Hi Def TV. We are very family friendly and can supply a crib, pack n play, high chair, or toys for your little ones. The huge backyard also has a swing set, playhouse, and a sandbox. It truly is a home away from home. Guests will have complete access to the home with exception of one owners closet and one dresser. I am very close by. We can have as little or as much interaction as you like. The property is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. It is located within 10 minutes of every major freeway, 5 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to downtown, and only 20 minutes to the Cleveland Clinic. Berea features two Lakes. Coe Lake offers a huge newly-expanded playground, an amphitheater, walking trails, a community pool, and a pavilion with grills. Just down the road Wallace Lake has a beach area and a waterfall with biking trails. There are also awesome locally owned restaurants. This location is within 1 mile of a bus stop and 5 minutes to the train system. My home has three bedrooms with three queen beds that will sleep six people. There are also two sectional sofas that will comfortably accommodate three more people. There are also air mattresses available to use.

Home away from home for the holidays... One bedroom MIL suite in private home with spa quality bathroom ( tiled walk-in rain shower, with body jets, heated towel bars, and heated heated floors). Gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen. Private front and back entrance. Seasonal (May - Oct) use of pool, deck, grills and backyard (shared). High speed internet, cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc..Driveway parking. No Pets. No Parties. No smoking. We are fully vaccinated. COVID cleaning protocols

West Cleveland Guest House - Autism Friendly

Featured in the Plain Dealer, social media, & Channel 5 news, this guest house is amazing and has been completely remodeled. Originally a Catholic Convent built in 1928, it is now an autism ran, autism friendly airBnB located in West Cleveland. It is close to the rapid station & a couple miles from Lake Erie, Downtown Cleveland, the Theatre District, and Sporting Events. It has a state of the art kitchen & enough room for 10 guests (6 adults, 4 children with four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms).

Cozy Apartment in Charming Village

Cozy apartment with private entrance attached to historic house. Central location in this charming tourist village of Chagrin Falls, a short walk to the natural waterfalls, over 20 great restaurants, two ice cream shops & boutique shopping. Low ceilings & compact bathroom, but full kitchen and parking for one car. Non-smokers only. No pets - out of consideration for future guests. Guests must be able to climb stairs to access apartment. Air conditioning is available during the summer season.

Parma Peaceful Resort

Our roomy ranch is a perfect place for you and your family to spread out and chill out. From the large living room to the basement rec room, from the cozy front porch to the comfortable back deck, from the relaxing bedrooms to the large, fenced-in back yard. Nestled in a quite, safe neighborhood on a caul-de-sac, commune with nature as you enjoy the peaceful environment and the occasional family of deer. Isolated from the bustle of the big city, but close enough to get to all the venues.

Bring the whole family to this classic home with a little modern touch with lots of room for fun,activities and the comfort of home ,enjoy this 4bedroom 1and half bath ,full kitchen with 2nd living room/office space, patio,fenced in backyard with private driveway/parking,located 5-10 Mn from everything our city and surrounding areas have to offer! Sporting events, concerts, restaurants,shopping anything you want to experience! (Listings may not be suitable for the elderly!) lots of stairs!
