The Oat Box Converted Horsebox North Coast Ireland

Set on private farmland on an elevated site, The oat box provides a luxurious haven of peace and tranquility to escape from the world for a little while. Our 1968 Bedford TK Horse Lorry has been lovingly converted into guest accommodation for 2 adults using repurposed materials to create a cosy, welcoming hideaway. It is the perfect base to explore the panoramic North Coast of Ireland with its many tourist attractions. There are a great selection of restaurants and quality coffee shops nearby.

Magherafelt has excellent restaurants and entertainment. The town enjoys a wonderful central location within Northern Ireland, with comfortable access to all regional attractions.

Centrally located between Belfast and The Causeway Coast, this unique property is an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding area.

Bedroom Two: 2 double beds, a very spacious and bright room with 2 windows overlooking the garden. Kitchen is traditional and has all mod cons and dining space for 6 people. Bathroom is at the rear of the cottage and has an electric shower over the bath. Outdoor garden and parking space is at the front of the house.

Wake to the gentle sounds of the river, take in views of Slieve Gallion, and unwind in a cosy, colourful space tucked away in a serene setting. ✨ Weekend stays include full use of our wood-fired hot tub. 🌿 Midweek stays are offered at a reduced rate, with the option to add the hot tub for £35 per stay. The Hen House @ Bancran School

The Hen House is a quirky, corrugated Tiny House retreat with a comfy double bedroom, kitchen and cooking facilities, a private hot tub, and daylight-attracting gallery windows that showcase the Sperrin Mountains to absolute perfection! Spend the evening taking in the views whilst relaxing in front of the Danish Morso stove or enjoy the communal Gin Tin facilities with BBQ. The Hen house is at the rear of Bancran School our family home and in a quiet area.
