The garage door is an ultra quiet model and we only ever access it from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

We have very restricted rules of smoking, and we will have $500 fine if you smoke inside the house. Please don’t smoke inside the property. And we are pet free home, please don’t bring any pets here.
