We welcome your fur babies!! Kayaks available! Ice maker! Coffee pot w/coffee & creamer! Adorable, cozy tiny house with two decks & bonfire pit overlooking Lake Cumberland! It is located in Monticello, Ky, in a rural part of the area. It’s about 12 minutes to town. There is very close (driving distance) swimming access, kayaking, boating, boat ramps, fishing & marinas. On a dead end street, so very peaceful. Kayak rental is available for $25. per day/per kayak. Pet fee $50/$75 per stay.

Tiny Floating Cabin on Norris Lake!

Reconnect with nature and adventure at this unique escape literally floating on beautiful Norris lake. You must have your own vessel to access this space. Boat, PWC,kayak/canoe/paddle board. Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

Cozy, pet friendly 70s Houseboat w/kayaks near UT.

Perfect hangout for Football/Basketball games. Only 1 mile walk down greenway to Neyland Stadium. <1/2 mile to Calhoun's on the River. Ruth Chris, Princess Dinner Cruise, Riverboat, Pontoon Rentals & Knoxville Adventures all on-site. Hot tub on the back deck, 2 sit on top Kayaks to explore the river. Walking distance to Food City/Thompson-Bowling Arena, Civic Coliseum. Market Square & the Old City nearby. Pet friendly.
