Hip and Stylish Loft in a Quiet Historic Neighborhood

Cook in a full kitchen and dine at a farm table that was custom made for the space. The feeling here is modern country chic, where earthy simplicity meets the sophisticated style of brass faucets, modern lighting fixtures, and beautifully appointed floors. Well lit, the space is very homey, with a full queen sleeper sofa and extra comfortable beds. The open layout makes the loft feel roomy and very spacious. Short Term Rental Permit #--2016071615 You will love the modern new details and the location! We are close to everything!! Downtown, 5 points and the gulch all a 5-10 min uber or lyft ride! Guests are allowed to use the entire upstairs garage apartment as well as the back yard if they would like. My husband and I are both readily available for any questions you may have or help 24/7 The loft sits behind the main house on a quiet street near great coffee shops and restaurants. This historic neighborhood couldn't be more convenient to the Nashville hotspots—it's right off the interstate yet tucked away to get that neighborly feel. Short term rental permit #-2016071615 Uber or Lyft is always very easy to use and less than 5 minutes from 5 points or Downtown. Taxis are also available and of course there is parking next to the unit if you bring your own transportation.

This House is located in a quiet neighborhood one block off Main street here in Beaver Dam, KY. Enjoy a nice cozy country home while you visit. It is fully finished so you will feel right home. The property sits on a corner lot with access from both streets. The house has a front porch for lazy evening to catch some fresh air. You can pull right up underneath the carport for easy access to the back door for entry. The home offers a nice yard and fire pit. You are minutes from stores/ food.

Welcome to Ranger's Retreat! This remodeled cabin has been updated from head to toe! Within 4 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, and 3 miles to Arts and Crafts District, this cabin offers both the sense of seclusion with great views as well as the luxury of getting into town quickly. This cabin has everything you need! Soak up all of the views on two very large decks in either the swing out front, or by the fire pit or hot tub out back . We would love to have you!

The Nashville Nifty-now with kitchenette!

The Nifty is completely remodeled and has not been used for anything other than an Airbnb. Its style is cozy, comfortable and relaxed, light and airy. The room is suitable for up to 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child-there is one queen bed. There is plenty of off street parking in my wide driveway. Please note: I have a Metro Nashville Short Term Rental permit. The Nifty is attached to my house but completely separate. This is a non-smoking suite, also no pets.
