Our third time staying at this location and we were thrilled with the beautiful updates/renovations both on the roof deck and common corridor carpet.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home and will definitely return. We were greeted with a snack upon our arrival, which we enjoyed with a bottle of wine on the private deck. Laurie prepared a fabulous breakfast the next day. Clean, cozy, comfortable and beautiful Horseneck Beach nearby - highly recommend!

Tyler’s home was the most magical place to spend my 29th birthday with the girls! The home is ten times more beautiful than the pictures. They don’t do it justice. We lucked out with the most beautiful weather the first weekend of May and had the most fun weekend. The house is so updated and clean and the perfect sized cottage for 3-4 girlfriends. We loved having coffee and watching the sunrise in the morning on the deck!! Couldn’t recommend anymore. Also easy 5 minute walking to restaurants/ bars! Will be back!

Angela and her husband Jim were very friendly, sweet helpful and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying at their house in the beautiful quaint beach neighborhood of Warwick. One thing that stood out was the house did not smell like heavy and scents. I am a stage three cancer survivor so I live a nontoxic lifestyle. I liked how the bath towels and the bedding And the furniture did not smell like heavy chemicals/scents for me and my toddlers. The house was clean, beautiful and so cozy. My toddlers had a blast, and it was hard for everyone to leave. 10/10. I’ve traveled the world and I’ve stayed at many Airbnb‘s I loved this house :)

Juan and Alby's home was great! The location couldn't have been better, nor could they have communicated any better - they promptly responded to any and all questions that we had!! Would certainly recommend staying at their home for your next trip to Newport!!

We booked Karen’s beautiful location for a bachelorette party with 8 girls. Everyone was comfortable rooming 2 in each room. The location was the top reason we chose this Airbnb and it did not disappoint. We walked to everything except for the wineries. Karen was also very quick to respond to messages which we greatly appreciated.

What a wonderful stay! John is a welcoming and friendly host. We were in Dartmouth for bike rides and the beach, and John had great recommendations for local spots. The house is very cozy and full of books and local art and artifacts. The location is scenic and quiet, with great stargazing at night and birdwatching during the day.

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful looking out over the pond (with ducks and geese) in the backyard. Would definitely stay there again!

We had so much fun staying at Louise’s place. We had plenty of room to hang out together inside and outside, and we really annoyed being so close to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!
