Our Suite Holm

Welcome to Port alberni! This private entrance studio suite with queen bed, queen pullout & futon is the perfect stay. Whether you’re an essential worker, here to supervise one of the construction work crews, a student, or on your way to other great places. This well equipped suite has all you need including TV, kitchen/dining area, rain forest shower, infa red sauna, laundry facilities and seating area. Turn on the gas fireplace or hop in the covered hot tub located just outside the entrance.

Comox Bay Suite

This is a suite on the top floor of our home. There is a living room with adjacent deck, a bedroom with queen size bed and a well equipped kitchenette with micro, toaster oven, electric frying pan, crock pot, blender, electric kettle and Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, cereals. You have a full private bathroom off the hallway right next to the suite. We have a separate entrance. Suite includes a smart TV with Netflix Town of Comox business license #1407 BC Provincial Registration H022196518

Charming private suite steps to Pier & shops

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. We are a short 5-10min downhill walk to Museum, Shops, Pier, and Sea Walk. Hospital 2 blocks away. Enjoy delicious ice cream at the Pier, fishing or watch for whales and other marine life goes by. Across the street there's a lovely park with tennis courts, (enjoy a game or 2 with tennis/pickle ball racquets provided) and an outdoor swimming pool. We are 20 min drive to local sandy beaches, and 12 min to Elk Falls/Suspension bridge & McIvor lake.

Our garden suite is located on a quiet street in tranquil, historical Union Bay, one block from the ocean. This 2 bedroom suite with off-street parking and private entrance, offers a great reprieve from the hustle and bustle of city life. Conveniently located in the Comox Valley, with close access to Cumberland, Courtenay and Comox as well as Mount Washington and Strathcona Park. 1 hour drive from Nanaimo Ferry Terminal, 30 minutes from Comox Airport and 6 minutes from Buckley Bay ferry.

2-Bedroom Pet Friendly Private Suite on acreage

Private Ground Floor Suite on family owned acreage in Merville. Easy to find, very close to the Ocean Highway. 12 mins to base of Mount Washington for skiing, 15 mins to Comox / Courtenay. Beautiful beaches are a few minutes drive away. Great suite, with full kitchen, laundry, patio and private entrance. The suite is pet and family friendly, please let us known if you are bringing a furry friend We have free roaming chickens and guests are provided with fresh eggs from our hens

Spectacular glacier view, private pool, EV charger

Bright and open 1300 Sq. ft. two bedroom lower suite with patio and seasonal pool (May - Oct). Spectacular mountain & glacier views from main living area, master bedroom, and of course the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and charging TESLA EV. Radiant heat means no air exchange with upstairs unit. New BBQ added in 2021. Pool patio has sunshine from mid morning till late evening. Large outdoor dinning table with umbrella seats 6, plus various lounge chairs on pool deck.

Pier View Suite, Stunning Ocean View

Our suite has a stunning ocean view which you can enjoy as you relax on your private patio. Watch the water traffic as it is constantly changing. The suite has all you will need to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. Our home is within walking distance to the wharf and the down town core. For all the skier or the guest that want to ski or hike Mt Washington it is only a short 40 min.drive away. Our suite is in our primary residence.

Ten foot ceilings and plenty of natural light make this walkout basement suite feel bright, airy and open. A king size bed, 55” smart TV, and Nespresso machine add a touch of luxury to this fun, livable space. The suite is located 5 minutes off the highway and 2 minutes from West Coast General Hospital in a quiet residential neighbourhood - no loud music or partying is allowed at any time.
