The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.
