Ron’s place was as described and provided all the things we needed for a week-long stay. We had 6 adults, 2 teenagers, an infant, and a dog, and there was plenty of room for us all. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt right at home. Ron was responsive & accommodating to all of our requests— overall a great host! We would easily recommend Ron’s place to any large groups traveling to the area.

Bill was the most gracious, proactive host. We loved the house and he communicated with us throughout the process. The only 2 things we didn't love was the really windy, narrow road. And we expected a huge walkable garden which definitely wasn't the case. Its on a steep hill with no walkable garden. The upstairs balcony has great views and so do most all the rooms. Great home. Great host.

We had a wonderful family vacation at Amy's home in Discovery Bay! The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, from kitchenware to all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning waterfront views that bring a sense of peace and relaxation. The highlight for us was the private dock, which was perfect for fishing! It was such a fun and memorable experience for our whole family. Amy is a thoughtful and responsive host, making communication and the check-in process smooth and easy. We highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Discovery Bay. You won’t be disappointed!

This place makes you want to quit your job and live here permanently. Be sure to bring your camera to take some magazine quality pictures of the ocean/beach. For an off grid place it’s surprising that all the creature comfort things you can think of were available 24/7. A cozy and toasty furnace heating system, hot water shower, cooler, oven, fridge, hi speed internet, real flushing toilet, kitchen with all dishes and cooking tools, pizza oven, bbq grill, fire pit, coffee, milk…you name it and it’s there. There were five of us and movie night inside the airstream with all of us chilling in the beds converted out in the living room was an experience we will never forget. We will be back this year again before summer ends.

There are so many good things to be said about this place - and Bolinas in general - but only 900 characters to do so. We’ve booked this place because of we thought our 4 year old daughter would love the treehouse. And she did. It is really magical. In a way that I wished I would be smaller and could spend the night there. Francesca was not just a super responsive host - but such a lovely, kind neighbour. One you wished you had in real life. And Bolinas is an amazing, beautiful, quirky place. And everybody who comes here has to go to the Coffee Kiosk who has the best pastries I’ve had in a long time. Even my wife who is a pastry chef was blown away. But get there before 10am or they are sold out. Oh, and what I’ve forgotten: the way to Bolinas is also fantastic (a little bit windy maybe) but you will have great views! Thank you Francesca. This house fit our needs perfectly. We were able to easily walk to our seminar and cook our own meals in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful home in a great location. Responsive and accommodating hosts. Clean and comfortable… with all the comforts of home. Loved the snacks and coffee bar!

We were stuck when our rental property on another booking site was not habitable and we found Will's place and it was available. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and had a lovely, private backyard sitting area which was beautifully landscaped. Great master bedroom with views, huge bathroom and massive walk-in closet - all squeaky clean with plenty of towels. Will's house is very private despite being in a cul-de-sac and is not overlooked by any house. It was a very bright and sunlit house and we really enjoyed our time there.
