This is a lovely self-contained studio flat in the leafy suburb of Hunters Bar. A light and airy open-plan space with modern facilities and access to a large garden with patio & decked area. Complimentary tea, instant coffee, biscuits, muesli and fresh milk are all provided. Amenities: comfy double bed, TV with DVD, superfast Wifi, fridge freezer, oven, filter coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, ironing facilities. Travel cot and high chair available on request. Spacious converted warehouse with huge living/kitchen & separate double bedroom. Unique property set in private courtyard in leafy S10 not far from the city yet spitting distance to countryside and the beautiful Peak District. Bus every 10 minutes from the bottom of cobbled track to the universities, hospital & town centre. We also rent out a 2 bed bungalow in the same courtyard. First morning's breakfast provided including homemade bread, tea, eggs, jam, cereal. Baby/dog-sitting available

This garden flat with separate access is located in the heart of Sheffield's academic and healthcare hubs. Nestled between Broomhill, Ecclesall road and 2 miles away from the city centre. Close to Botanical Gardens, Endcliffe park and a short walk to a variety of restaurants and pubs. With an en-suite bathroom, well equipped kitchen and small private patio this apartment is perfect for everything Sheffield has to offer! We have 2 friendly dogs and a cat. We also have free overnight parking.

Beautiful former coach house apartment in the grounds of an early Victorian House, situated on a quiet back water in the vibrant community of Broomhill. Private entrance use of the garden and close to the universities and hospitals, which are all within walking distance. The city centre is just 5 mins away yet we have great access to the Peak District. Welcome to the garden house , a charming contained studio in my garden .we are situated in Crosspool charming residential area of Sheffield. Near Resturant’s , coffee shops and yet not far from the Peak District in one direction and 10 minute walk to the university and teaching hospital . Inside: private and self-contained . Comfortable double bed. WiFi, TV. Well contained kitchen , tea and coffee . Iron ,hairdryer . Shower room with towels . Outside area with table and chairs.

The studio has its own entrance; underfloor heating; bedroom with king-sized bed; (power) shower room with toilet; living room/kitchenette with dining room table, smart TV and king-size wallbed; use of the garden & plentiful free road-side parking. Bus routes (95 & 52) run every 10 minutes to the universities, city centre and train station. Taxis from the station are approx. £6-£8. The Peak District is 15 minutes away by car. Ideal for professionals, families and outdoor enthusiasts.

A delightful, self-contained, single-storey annex just three miles to the Peak District National Park and three miles to the heart of Sheffield City centre. Entire coach house with parking on Ecclesall Road

Delightful coach house (detached and set back from the main property) with private courtyard, garden access and off road parking. Great location, set just off Ecclesall Road, so plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, turn left and you are 10 minutes walk into the city centre, turn right and you are less than 10 minutes walk to the Botanical Gardens. Just across the road is a bus stop, with regular buses to Hathersage, Castleton and the Peak District.
