Welcome to our 415 sq. ft. tiny home! Our tiny home features a queen bed with a pull out sofa, a full kitchen, bathroom and big front porch. On property there is a 9ft deep swimming pool, pub (with pool tables/games, jukebox that offers beer/wine and food.) a laundromat and a bathhouse. We do offer plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and trailers if needed. Locally there are multiple springs, scalloping, fishing, hunting, bike trails, antique stores, shopping and much more!

Get away from it all when you stay in the woods. The cozy camping SITE is very close to several fresh water springs and a bike trail. It can park a 20 foot travel trailer, RV or bumper pull. Has electricity 30amp hook up and water hook up but no sewer. Concrete fines base and charcoal grill. It is located in a small, rural town with a few restaurants and small grocery store nearby but not too far away is a Walmart and only an hour away is Gainesville, FL.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.
