You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Rooms are newly renovated with a comfy queen size bed in the main bedroom (3.1m x 4.3m) and a double bed in the adjoining room.(3.2m x 2.7) Kettle ,Toaster and Microwave provided. Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

With amazing ocean/water views & access to quiet Gunyah Beach this superb, newly renovated private home offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living/kitchen area leading onto deck, BBQ, lawn & beach. The bedroom studio is spacious with one comfy queen-size bed, cosy electric blanket (in winter), ceiling fan, split system air conditioner and wardrobe. Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave and small fridge for your convenience.
