Games room in garage with table tennis, pool table, darts board + beach accessories. Well behaved dogs welcome for small fee. Sky TV + wifi.

'Loom Cottage' is a welcoming and comfortable character cottage- garage included- located in a private road. Located just off Southwold High Street with direct access to Southwold Common. Idyllic spot-quiet and secluded-yet all amenities and Southwold town centre are right on your doorstep. Pet friendly-perfect for walking and exploring! Aldeburgh is close by, Snape, Dunwich, Minsmere and Thorpeness. 'Out of Africa' easily visited. Southwold is the home of 'Adnams Brewery'.*Downstairs bathroom*

Gorleston has a long sandy beach with a children's splash pad in the summer and boat pond. Excellent walks for dogs. Lighthouse View is 5 mins walk from this beach. Lots of nearby pubs, restaurants, softplay and a fairground. The house sleeps 11 plus 2 babies (I supply 2 travel cots and 2 high chairs). Stair gates also supplied. The house has 5 large bedrooms, kitchen, b, sitting room/dining room, garden and hot tub. Parking for 2 cars at the back of the house. Free parking in the streets around

Blue Sky cottage

Blue Sky Cottage is located in a quiet street in the heart of the seaside town of Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast and is less than a five minute walk to the beach and high street. The cottage can be enjoyed by friends, couples and families and is available for both weekly or short break rentals Full week bookings only (sat-sat) are taken during peak summer holidays. One small dog is allowed with prior consent. Although if you have 2 small woofers please enquire! Charge is £25 per pooch.

Grade II listed Country Cottage

Well Cottage is a luxurious Grade II listed Norfolk brick and flint house with beautiful oak beams, pamment floors and warming wood burning stoves in the sitting room and dining rooms. The kitchen is large and superbly equipped. The house is ideally suited for holidays for one or two families. It has four bedrooms - two with en-suite showers - and a family bathroom on the first floor for parents and young adults, and two bedrooms and a bathroom in the attic for up to four younger children.

My place is close to The Broads with a Nature Reserve nearby. We are on the Weavers Way long distance path and Norwich is only 30 mins away, and North Norfolk only 40 mins. The nearby coastline (15 mins) has unspoiled beaches and in winter Grey Seals have their pups. You’ll love my place because of The peaceful location, countryside, wonderful wildlife and dark starlit skies. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

Pretty, modernised, very comfortable Victorian cottage in lovely village with great pub and shop just a mile from the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Fully equipped kitchen; dining table seating up to 6, d/s cloakroom, family bathroom with separate shower; sunny, safe enclosed garden, WiFi. Double, twin and full-sized bunk bed rooms, all proper mattresses and cotton sheets. Friday/Monday changeovers preferred. Flexible changeover outside high season but can’t offer Sunday check ins.
