Villa La Gemma, il massimo comfort in una location unica nel suo genere! Disposta su tre piani con piscina privata. Ingresso privato con parcheggio e area giochi. Ben 5 camere con bagno privato e in una delle camere piccolo balcone con tavolino per degustare la colazione alle luci dell'alba. Al piano terra cucina, salotto e un'ampia terrazza con arredi da esterno. Scendendo le scale ,una seconda cucina e ampio salone con camino. Relax by the pool or take a walk in the 2 hectares of olive groves, orchards and woodland. We are within walking distance of the pretty Etruscan hill town of Lari. Villa con discesa privata al mare Castiglioncello

Villa indipendente immersa nel verde di un parco con accesso privato al mare. La casa si dispone su due livelli dove al piano terra abbiamo la zona giorno con cucina, bagno un ampio salone con camino, salendo al piano superiore troviamo la zona notte con quattro camere e doppi servizi. La villa è stata totalmente rinnovata e ristrutturata lo scorso anno compreso la maggior parte dell'arredamento. L'ingresso alla proprietà è servita da cancello automatico e spazio per 5 auto.

It is situated a five minute walk to the centre of the historic village of Fauglia, where you can find great food, bars, a gelateria and grocery shops.
