Bellissimo appartamento, comodo e spazioso. Peccato non aver avuto tempo di sfruttare la terrazza e il giardino! Impagabile il posto macchina all'interno del cortile. I vicini sono un po' rumorosi, o forse le pareti sottili, ma a parte qualche strano rumore la sera, non ci hanno disturbato. Non c'è il wi-fi, mio figlio l'avrebbe apprezzato, ma è indicato chiaramente nella descrizione che non è disponibile, quindi assolutamente nessun problema!

We loved our stay in this amazing place. It is situated in a non-touristy neighbourhood, with the magnificent Ducal Park literally just around the corner. Perfect for a stroll or a morning jog. Just a couple of minutes on foot to reach the bridge over the river and the historical center. The house is on 4 levels, with many original details, two bathrooms (very convenient, as we travelled with three adults), great atmosphere with lots of books, and as the cherry on the cake a garden. The rather stark fotographs are taken in the winter, but in april it is a lovely, lush place, where we had lunch in the sunshine. We slept very well and were only woken by the many birds that reside in the park. Adriano received us in person, which we appreciated very much, and shared with us some of his profound knowledge of the history and art of Parma. During our stay he stayed available for questions and always reacted quickly. We felt very welcom in this authentic house.

Eravamo un gruppo di 10 persone e la casa ha risposto al 100% alle nostre necessità. Posto super tranquillo, indipendente e a 10 minuti dai luoghi più frequentati della zona di Desenzano. Perfetto.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo: posizione ottima, appartamento curato, super fornito e molto pulito. Grandissima disponibilità da parte della proprietaria. Torneremo sicuramente!

Un posto meraviglioso Una villa super confortevole e arredata con cura nei minimi dettagli. L’esterno della villa ha una piscina attrezzata ideale per trascorrere le giornate fuori. Gli host sono stati super disponibili Tempestivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Nadia è stata gentilissima, check in flessibile senza problemi nonostante arrivo il 31 dicembre nel tardo pomeriggio. Appartamento in perfette condizioni, bagno ampio con doccia molto comoda e fornisce asciugamani puliti e ben ordinati nei mobili appositi. Camera da letto matrimoniale perfettamente in ordine e pulita Appartamento con presenza di antifurto di ultima generazione. Cucina ben attrezzata e ampia Appartamento per due persone molto comodo in una posizione ideale per raggiungere il lago di Garda Parcheggio auto di fronte all’appartamento privato, veramente comodo e utilissimo. Nonostante senza volere ho rotto una tenda nel bagno, Nadia ha capito la situazione e non mi ha chiesto un solo euro. Mi è dispiaciuto tantissimo perché ovviamente non ho fatto apposta. Ripeto, lei super gentile e disponibile in tutto e per tutto Risponde in modo rapido anche ai messaggi. Consiglio assolutamente questo appartamento

Casa al tempo stesso rustica, elegante e confortevole. Nella casa non manca niente per trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del confort e della comodità. Posizione e vista impagabili, ed i custodi sono affabili e disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente !

Great location close to the lake and boardwalk with nice views of Lake Garda and close walk to Desenzano - 10 min walk to ferry, 20 min walk to train station, 4 min walk to bus stop making it very easy to get around

Titti and her son are the perfect hosts! Incredibly helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed from the first moment and every question we had was answered fast and knowledgeable. They were all the time available and eager to find a perfect solution for everything. I can highly recommend staying in one of Tittis apartments!

This is our second time returning to Parma in under a year. Parma is one of the easiest cities to fall in love with and, for us, Gianni’s place plays an integral role in shaping that narrative. It is located right near the city center, and everything is walkable and easy to access. Gianni’s place is quiet; however, if you want the hustle and bustle of Parma, simply open the balcony doors & enjoy the symphony of sounds. Gianni is both patient & kind, especially with us being Americans and new to the area. He is hospitable and quick to respond — and he has placed many thoughtful touches around the Airbnb such as a hot-water kettle, hot teas, etc around the space for guests to enjoy. If available, we will always stay with Gianni when traveling to Parma!

Pinuccia's apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Easy to locate and ample parking space. Really appreciated the breakfast staples and tart that were waiting for us on arrival! Pinuccia was very responsive in the lead up and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Sejour tres agreable dans une ville de taille moyenne mais avec de tres beaux monuments, musées, tout peut etre fait à pieds. L'appartement est tres confortable, propre, avec toutes les commodités. Nicola est tres reactif . Nous recommandons chaleureusement, et sans hesiter.

한국인분들을 위해서 후기 남깁니다! 크레마에서 3박 4일을 혼자 묵었습니다 일단 전체적으로 너무 만족했어요 ㅎㅎ 청소도 너무 깔끔히 되어있고 호스트분의 대응도 빨라서 한국인들한테 너무 좋은 숙소같습니당 다만 침실 바로 앞에 도로여서 엄청 시끄러웠어요 특히 여기가 이유는 모르겠지만 오토바이가 많이 다녀서 오토바이소리때문에 모닝콜이 필요가없었어요.. 잠귀 예민하신분은 고려해보시는게 좋을것같아요! 하지만 소음에 예민하지 않으신분들에게는 강추합니다

This apartment was perfect for our trip. We were able to day trip to Parma and Florence from here. Location was great to the train and also a walk to the Parma main historic areas.

The apartment was clean, spacious, in a safe area with lots of free parking. Host was very kind and communicated well to make sure that we were ok. Thank you.

Very cosy space close to a huge park. Parma downtown is easily walkable. Nico and Chiara were very responsive and accomodating regarding checkin and checkout. Would book again!

très bon logement, Roberto est très réactif et nous a permis de venir plus tôt. l'escalier pour monter aux chambres est un peu raide avec une grosse valise mais rien d'impossible l'appartement est très bien situé, et avec les vélos qu'ils nous prêtent c'est encore plus simple se déplacer. la résidence est très agréable, calme et le coin piscine est reposant je recommence largement le logement de Roberto et nous reviendrons certainement

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage und die Kommunikation mit Diana war super - sehr hilfsbereit! Das Ausleisen der Fahrräder war auch ein super Benefit :)

Wonderful setting in the country side, beautiful views, awesome sunset and sunrise in the morning quiet setting and perfect if you want privacy. washing machine was perfect as well and very handy. perfect for our needs for our stay and thr air conditioning was a God send as was very hot outside but cool enough inside will love to stay again given the chance

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’appartement est propre, lumineux, bien décoré et atypique. Les hôtes sont sympathiques et réactifs. C’est très agréable d’avoir une télévision avec Netflix dans la chambre. Le seul point négatif est que les oreillers ne sont pas très confortables et il n’y a pas de volets ni de rideaux sur toutes les fenêtres de la chambre, ce qui peut nuire au sommeil quand le soleil se lève. La localisation de l’appartement est parfaite pour visiter la ville.
