This charming single family home is comfortably furnished and located in the historic village of Sayler Park, just 10 miles from downtown Cincinnati and Over The Rhine and 15 miles from Lawrenceburg, Indiana (Perfect North Slopes, Hollywood Casino, Lawrenceburg Event Center). CVG airport just 6 miles away by Anderson Ferry. The highways and ferry make is easy to get to the Creation Museum and events in Covington and Newport, Kentucky. I would love to host you! Spacious home with lots of family entertainment

Our home has many amenities to help you feel comfortable and "at home". You have access to the entire home with finished basement game room, spacious kitchen, and gorgeous outdoor living space equipped with a gas fireplace and comfortable furniture. ***Please note that county regulations limit the number of guests to 10. Parties or gatherings of more than 10 guests are not allowed. There is no parking allowed on the street and all cars must be parked in the driveway(one can fit in garage).

The Bluebell Farmhouse

The Bluebell is a farmhouse located on the rolling hills of Dry Ridge Kentucky. It has a wonderful front and back yard especially great for children. It has a charming dining area with a fireplace and a fully stocked kitchen. There's a sunroom looking out into hay fields where deer and turkey regularly roam. There is a terrific front porch to watch the sunsets and peaceful meandering of the cows. Come out of the city lights and find some peace of mind under the stars. (8.6 miles from the Ark).
