Nestled within the High Weald National Landscape, Coldharbour Farmhouse is a 17th C thatched cottage perfect for friends and family to gather, feast and relax. Inside, enjoy cracking fires and vintage finds. Outside, walk straight from the doorstep onto our beautiful estate, Standinghall. You will have the whole house and large garden to yourself with ample parking in the drive. Located 35 miles from central London, 10 minutes from Gatwick. Turners Hill village is a 2 min drive away.

Guests and their dogs are welcome to enjoy the paddocks and small patch of woodland that form part of the property. Being close to the A23 and A272, gives easy access to Brighton, Hickstead, Gatwick and Nymans gardens.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
