It’s location allows guests to be within a couple of minutes walk to both the world famous Fistral beach and the uniquely picturesque Gannel estuary. Surf on famous Fistral, paddle-board on the Gannel, or just relax in a cafe or restaurant and admire the sunsets and breathtaking panoramic views.

It's beautiful, spacious and peaceful set in the conservation area of Crantock. There's great views from the property with lots of beauty spots near by. It's a short walk to Crantock beach with Polly Joke beach not far, so great for walking, swimming, surfing, fishing, kayaking or just lying on the beach. There are three pubs with good food a great Italian restaurant and a well stocked shop a short walk away. You'll also be well located here mid way on the coast for touring all of Cornwall.

It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi!
