Great place in a nice traditional part of Cowes. Perfectly maintained and well equipped, great shower, good beds and welcoming to pets. Lovely little front yard too. Highly recommended. And kahli is a great, responsive host.

Lovely villa at the Ramada Resort. All mod cons available and right on the doorstep of the heated pool and outdoor pool, so super convenient with 2 kids in tow.

My family and I had the liveliest time at Lisa's villa in the heart of the Ramada resort. surrounded by nature but with access to all resort facilities, we were never short of things to do. The villa is perfect, well appointed and had everything we needed, plus some lovely touches like Easter eggs and hot cross buns! Highly recommend and will definitely be back. Thanks Lisa!

This was hands down one of our most memorable weekends, Justin was more than magnificent and added to the outstanding experience we had over our weekend in the villa. The villa itself was breathtaking and left in remarkable condition to make us feel as if we had been the first to experience it, it was also in the most perfect position to explore, relax and have the best Phillip island experience. We had to change some of the dates at the beginning and Justin not only accommodated but worked to give us a better outcome then we started with, he helped with an outstanding itinerary which made planning and booking stress free and easy to make the most of the island and our experience. It was extremely private and Justin was very responsive on hand to help with any needs we may have had. To say I will be recommending this stay and experience to everyone would be an understatement and I think we have found a new staple of our travels and holidays for many years to come. What a wonderful stay at Shac du Lac, we were on an extended visit from the Uk and it proved to be the perfect “bolt hole” while visiting our son and family in Newhaven. The listing was absolutely spot on, Deni was such an approachable and super friendly host & always available if needed and the “Welcome Goodies” were absolutely second to none. Thank you Deni for your care and attention to detail, we certainly hope to be back again xx

I’ve stayed in Phillip island 3-4 times but this is the first time I stayed here and safe to say I would 100% be staying here again when I visit Phillip island. There are a lot of cabins/houses here but yet you still have your own privacy and everyone’s respectful. So much to do here, wouldn’t even need to leave the resort. Loved the gym, pool and go karts here. Loved the animals and the open track walks, we seen so many rabbits, possums and even horses.

The place was perfect! The house had everything we needed to make Christmas special! The Villa was surrounded by nature and was very peaceful. The resort had so much to do for kids. The kitchen was very set up and had loads of kitchen appliances to use e.g. air fryer, baking stuff, sandwich machine. The house was a good size and layout. We will definitely go back.

Polperro’s villas are so beautiful with incredible views of the vineyards. Loved the wine selection, they all were fantastic. The villa had all the amenities, wine selection, chocolates, mini bar, breakfast options. Inside was supper clean, spacious, too warm to use the fireplace but would have been nice. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and admire the view. It was so peaceful.

Honestly our best Air BnB experience to date. Fantastic property, with fantastic hosts. Our family of 6 had plenty of space and plenty to do! I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great large size house with plenty of space to enjoy. This property was so easy to find, just off the main road. The spa was delightful, the colder weather ( Mid June ) was a bit chilly outside, but the water temp was perfect. A wonderful getaway home, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had an absolutely awesome stay at Craig’s house in Rye. The heated pool was spectacular and very relaxing. The grass area was great for kids to run around and play and the house was warm with nice modern bathrooms. We also loved that it was pet-friendly. Rye was a great area to holiday with lots to do for both teenagers and younger ones. Craig was very responsive, friendly and helpful as a host, and we definitely hope to return another year. Thank-you!!!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed. Everything is perfect, but my main highlights include: - spotlessly clean! The house even smelled amazing when we arrived. - thoughtful touches, like a bottle of wine and card for our arrival. - incredible kitchen, if you’re planning to cook while you’re there it has everything you need and more. The knives are great quality, the instant boiling water, the platters and bowls for entertaining, it’s all there. - the bathrooms are spacious and well designed. - the linen is great quality and the beds were incredibly comfortable. - the aircon worked beautifully, even on the really hot days/nights. - the pool was fantastic. Great size for teenagers and the spa was enjoyed by the adults most nights. - the laundry has quality washer and dryer, and a Dyson vacuum for a quick vacuum. - walking distance to great coffee at Koonya General store. - Katie was very responsive and helpful. We will absolutely come back and highly recommend!

The place was absolutely beautiful. For starters it’s was easy to check in and access. The overall layout was nice and it was very clean and tidy. There was more than enough space for the 6 of us that stayed there. The location was great as there were plenty of things to do in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

We stayed at beachside Grove for the weekend as we had a wedding nearby. It is a beautiful house, clean and exactly as the photos show. The house had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor spaces, pool and BBQ area. We will definitely stay again next time we are on the peninsula

Nena’s house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was clean and the kitchen was great for families who wanted to cook meals together. The theatre room was a plus and enjoyed by the kids and adults!

Everything was as described. Equipment was really good. Great facilities. Spotless and extremely comfortable. Definitely worth a revisit in the future.
