Beachside Beauty Footsteps to the Beach, Minutes to the City

Relax in comfort and style in this immaculate beach side abode. Breathe in the ocean air, enjoy the garden terrace and barbecue or walk out your front door and enjoy iconic City Beach, local cafes and restaurants, parks and the beachfront boardwalk. An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

Studio 15 Fremantle A unique and tranquil getaway

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Guests have their own entrance to the downstairs Studio and your hosts live on the premises above ( You may hear the occasional footsteps !) Close to the bus and train or a 12 minute walk to the beach. Shared access to a beautiful garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An abundance of shops cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Both the Regis Aged Care facility and the Guildhall Wedding venue are a few short minutes away.

CLAREMONT NEST - QUIET, SAFE, PERFECT LOCATION.

Lovely area consisting of 4 rooms. A queen b/r , lounge with fold out bed ( extra $20/night), bathroom & kitchen. Perfect for couples or singles, this fabulous apartment is located right in Claremont! Enjoy all the benefits that come from being so close to Claremont. Getting around is easy, with public transport on the doorstep. The use of space, decor & furnishings combine for a cosy yet still light feel. The cute little deck will lure you out for a morning cuppa. Enjoy the birds and trees.

Spacious beautifully appointed Studio apartment. Very comfortable queen bed and luxurious linen. Large beautiful lounge area with smart TV, fast wifi, books, and quality items throughout. Work space area, huge plush bathroom, an amazing fully equipped kitchen. A beautiful part of Claremont, close to the river, cafes and the main shopping centre Claremont Quarter. Very quiet and private, you will love your luxury stay here. Street Parking permit available. Very quiet, private, and unique.

Stylish Unit Well located renovated & comfortable

Located approx. halfway between Perth and Fremantle and close to public transport, the self contained one bedroom unit is fully equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a full sized fridge, oven , gas cooktop and dishwasher. The bathroom also contains a washing machine and separate clothes dryer. Within 10 minutes walking distance of a major suburban shopping centre, and a short drive to the Swan river and ocean beaches. There is free on street parking.

This is a brand new studio/granny flat located in one of Perth's premier locations. Walking distance to the Leederville and Wembley cafe strips and a number of hidden gems well worth exploring. you will have off street parking and your own dedicated access to your private accommodation, with a shared back yard. Lake Monger sets the perfect backdrop for a 20 minute walk to the train station or cafe strip, not to mention the 10 minute drive to Perths perfect beaches.

A spotlessly clean, private & self contained Garden Studio, with pergola & private access. Minutes from the Karrinyup Shopping centre cinema’s, bars and eateries, Scarborough and Trigg beaches 3 min by car, easy walking distance to great cafes and bars. Our Studio has reverse cycle air con, kitchenette, outdoor cooking, free NETFLIX, and wifi. Centrally situated between the beach and city on the bus route to the train station. We have a friendly dog as well.

Our 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Travel Cot and high chair provided. Located at the end of quiet and leafy Wilson Street with public transport just across the road. There is a dedicated free parking bay just steps from the entrance if you have a car. A short walk to Perth's premier high end shopping and dining district the Claremont Quarter. Perfectly located to enjoy Cottesloe Beach and the beautiful Swan River.
