Beachside Beauty Footsteps to the Beach, Minutes to the City

Relax in comfort and style in this immaculate beach side abode. Breathe in the ocean air, enjoy the garden terrace and barbecue or walk out your front door and enjoy iconic City Beach, local cafes and restaurants, parks and the beachfront boardwalk. An easy 10-15 minute drive into the CBD. We really enjoy meeting and hosting guests in our new beach house. As award winning architectural and interior designers working in the hospitality industry, we designed the private apartment to offer a relaxing escape with all the goodness and comforts of home. The casual resort style accommodation is fully self contained and well appointed, perfect for business, holiday travellers and families to kick back and enjoy the wonderful beachside location. Contemporary coastal style décor and accommodation comprises: Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, bedside tables, console, occasional chair and large fitted wardrobe. Extra Large Bedroom with two single beds, bedside table, storage credenzas and large wardrobe w/toy storage and space for kids to play. Stylish contemporary bathroom with vanity, storage and shower. Spacious and bright open plan layout with luxury finishes Full Gourmet Designer kitchen with European appliances Dining table/area for four Oversized Lounge area with large TV/DVD NETFLIX and WiFi Original artwork by local artist Stephen Draper. Study nook and desk with shelving and mobile pedestal -if you really need to work ! A secluded, verdant tropical garden terrace with alfresco dining and bbq facilities lets you enjoy the spectacular sunsets and listen to the sounds of the surf with a quiet glass of wine . Life's good :) Our guests have their own private front door to come and go as they please with private access to all the accommodation. Use of our pool and pool house deck by arrangement. We will personally welcome you and provide our recommendations of local eateries, bars, entertainment, sporting and shopping facilities. As well as places of interest to visit + things to do with kids! - We can provide bikes, boogie boards, brolly, beach towels, bucket and spades. We are only a call away and generally on hand to help you enjoy your stay. I love the laid back, friendly beachside vibe of south City Beach! A two minute walk and you’ll have the sand between your toes. There’s plenty of eateries to choose from, a nearby 24/7 gourmet supermarket and easy access to CBD, Freo and Kings Park. A bus stop is 100m from our house (BUS 82) travels to the City Centre in 30 mins. The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to the train to go to the City, Elizabeth Quay,Claremont, Cottesloe and the fishing port of Fremantle OR the spectacular new Optus footy Stadium and the Crown Casino and Resort. Off Street parking is available and we suggest you consider a hire car if your stay is for longer than a few days. If free we are happy to drop you off on route or you can Uber. Single level open plan living areas with two steps up to Laundry and Bathroom. We operate a bio chemical water treatment system i.e every 3-4 times you use the bathroom the pump will operate for 3-4 seconds w/minor residual noise.

CLAREMONT NEST - QUIET, SAFE, PERFECT LOCATION.

Lovely area consisting of 4 rooms. A queen b/r , lounge with fold out bed ( extra $20/night), bathroom & kitchen. Perfect for couples or singles, this fabulous apartment is located right in Claremont! Enjoy all the benefits that come from being so close to Claremont. Getting around is easy, with public transport on the doorstep. The use of space, decor & furnishings combine for a cosy yet still light feel. The cute little deck will lure you out for a morning cuppa. Enjoy the birds and trees.

Comfortable, family friendly Perth Airport Villa

Family friendly 3x1 self contained villa near Perth airport. Our house is located at cul de sec that is quiet and safe for children. There is the playground just across the road as well as toys to keep your little ones occupied. We also provide unlimited fast WIFI and Netflix. Our place is just 10 minutes from both domestic and international airports, 3 mins drive/10 mins walk to a Belmont Forum shopping mall and it’s food precinct. Located 15-20 mins to CBD and Optus stadium and Swan Valley

“Hidden Gem”

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. It has been renovated and beautifully styled. Featuring three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms with a lovely courtyard area for those afternoon wines. Lockable carport for two cars. Fully equiped kitchen with all mod cons. House fully air conditioned and unlimited 5G Wi-fi. Walking distance to the very vibrant Victoria Park cafe strip. ( 5 mins walk). Easy access to public transport, the world class Optus stadium, Airport and CBD.

Bright and Comfortable 3 Bedroom Home

Major renovation just completed! Relax with the whole family at this comfortable, peaceful place to stay. Away from the hustle but close to all amenities you can choose to stay in or venture out. Close to airport, major shopping centre only a couple of minutes away, close to the city, easy drive to the beach. Everything you need is here, relaxation, a desk to study if you need it, even toys and games for the kids! Undercover outdoor area with gas bbq to relax or entertain.

Rita's family friendly studio apartment

Mullaloo is Perth's favorite beach for kids because of its gently sloping sandy beach. The shopping centre of Whitford is within walking distance (30 minutes) or by bus (5 minutes) with the bus stop 2 minutes from the house. The bus can take you to the train station for the journey to Perth. 100 m down the street are 2 restaurants and a 24/7 supermarket and bottle shop so you will never run out. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a self-contained stay.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Just 20 mins from the city &10 mins from the beach but yet wrapped in lush forest type setting with large green trees with fabulous lakeside walks on your doorstep & close to all ameneties. 2 bedrooms, double sofa bed in the lounge, can sleep total 7 people.
