Charmante maisonnette, située à Nantoux, petit village de l'arrière-côte du pays beaunois. A 10 minutes de Beaune, capitale des vins de Bourgogne, ce petit nid vous accueillera dans son écrin de verdure. Son verger et sa petite rivière vous apporteront tout le calme et le repos souhaités. Chaleureusement décorée, vous pourrez également profiter de la douceur de son feu de cheminée. Idéale pour un séjour en amoureux, elle peut aussi être le point de départ de vacances sportives (randonnées, vtt).

Dans une maisonnette indépendante, "Suite de Caractère" de 39 m2 sur 2 niveaux, très au calme, avec vue sur le jardin. Au rez-de-chaussée, salon avec poêle à granulés, ventilateur, TV/enceintes, espace café/thé (fournis pour le séjour), four micro-ondes, mini-réfrigérateur (pas de cuisine), WC. A l'étage, chambre climatisée, ventilateur, literie de qualité (140*200), espace douche ouvert. Espace réservé à l'extérieur (mobilier de jardin d'avril à octobre). Deux ventilateurs (en saison d'été)

Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Rez de chaussée : cuisine dînatoire (25m², tomettes), séjour-salon (40m², sol en pierre de Bourgogne, cheminée), 1 chambre (20m²), 1 salle de douche avec petite baignoire et 1 WC avec lave-main. 1er étage : 4 chambres (de 9 à 40 m2, parquets), 1 WC, 1 salle de douche et 1 salle de bain avec WC. Linge de maison fourni (draps, serviettes de toilette, ...). Cette ferme ancienne, rénovée en gardant les attributs d'une ferme du 19e siècle, a le confort du 20e siècle. Un garage est attenant.

Welcome to our charming apartment, which we’re proud to say has a four-star award from the Departmental Tourist Board. It's in an historic buidling, inside the ramparts in the very heart of Beaune, but in a quiet side-street. It features a salon/dining room, an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and separate bathroom. Bright and sunny with high-beamed ceilings, a stone staircase and marble corridor, it also features a lovely glass 'verrière' overlooking an interior courtyard.

Relax as you enjoy the views of the woods, admire the incredibly starry skies we get here from your private hot tub or read a book in the swing chair on the deck or curled up in the sofa inside in front of the wood burner.
