La casa esta situada al pie de la Sierra de Espadan con maravillosas vistas al mar. Dispone de un kit solar de 609 W con electricidad básica, El lugar es ideal para hacer rutas de montaña. Indispensable es la visita a las Grutas de San Jose, el río subterráneo más largo de toda Europa. La casa está a un kilómetro y medio del pueblo donde dispones enseguida de supermercados.

Situado en una calle peatonal muy tranquila. Con climatización y calefacción. Situado en planta baja, se puede también disfrutar de una terraza al tercero piso con una mesa. (Aquí se encuentra también la lavandería). Andando, el piso está a 12 minutos del tren. A 10 minutos de la playa de Benicarlo, 5 minutos del Mercadona, 2 minutos de la plaza Constitución y su mercado. En coche, 10 min de Peniscola y su Castel y de Vinaròs y su linda playa. En febrero, hay la famosa fiesta del alcachofa!

The kitchen is fully equipped. Only the Pool area is shared with other guests. WiFi is great 90% of the time.
