We had such an amazing time at this Condo! The location was perfect, a short two minute walk to the beach. it was surrounded by great restaurants as well as a small grocery store with anything you may need. The condo itself was great, very clean and had everything you would need for your stay. The rooftop “picuzzi” was the highlight, it was private yet had a beautiful view of the ocean. There was security onsite at all times, we felt very safe. The host and staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs. It was also very easy to get to and from the airport, we were dropped off and picked up by a private transportation company who knew exactly where the condo was located. And Uber was always only 2mins away. We look forward to coming back there soon!!

My friends and I rented this charming condo for my birthday celebration, and it was exactly as pictured—super clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants. The “pooluzzi” was the size of a jacuzzi, but it wasn’t heated, so keep that in mind. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even smoother. Check-in was easy, and the condo was simple to find. The only downside was the check-out process. My friend and I used the white towels provided, and we were later charged because the host claimed they were damaged—before even attempting to wash them. To avoid this, I’d recommend bringing your own towels or washing the ones you use before checking out. The electricity charges were reasonable, and while the WiFi worked fine for the most part, it was a bit spotty at times. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! L’expérience fut parfaite. Nous avons adoré notre appartement. Qualité/prix❤️ Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement car nous sommes à 200 mètres de la plage. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité ainsi que quelques épiceries. Le but de notre voyage était de se reposer, de profiter de la plage et de ne pas toujours être en déplacement dans un taxi. Notre séjour était à la hauteur de nos attentes et même plus. J’y retournerai assurément. Dernière chose, le logement est très propre et j’ai beaucoup apprécié cela aussi.

La casa es preciosa, con acceso directo a la playa Juanillo, cerca de la marina de Cap Cana y rodeada de restaurantes súper bonitos. Ideal para disfrutar de República Dominicana sin tener que moverse mucho. Daiany fue una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta y nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estadía.

La estancia fue muy buena, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Tiene muchos aditamentos extra para estar cómodos. El acceso a la playa está muy bien y la alberca es muy buena. Todo lo que se ofrece está muy bien. Gracias a Imilka por sus atenciones esperamos regresar pronto.

We’ve just completed a wonderful 3 month stay. We have seen a number of condos in this complex and Lucinda’s is the most modernized and well equipped. Lucinda and Pappo are very and I will underline very responsive to any queries or minor issues we had. It was very reassuring not to have any stresses in relation to the hosts. The grounds are kept immaculately with full time live in maintenance and gardeners. There is a good mix of tenants and we made many friends. The condo is very well located approximately equidistant to the beaches of El Cortecito and Los Corales and very convenient to the Ciccolela supermarket which I highly recommend. We found products there not carried by even the large supermarkets like Sirena or Jumbo and the prices were competitive.

Hermoso lugar para hospedarse en Punta Cana. El complejo es super lindo, tranquilo, comodo, muy bueno para descansar. La piscina es genial. Está cerca de la playa para ir caminando. Hay un supermercado cerca con todo lo necesario. El departamento es super confortable, todo funciona a la perfección. Jesús es un gran anfitrión, muy atento y siempre disponible. Volvería sin dudas!

This was my 3rd visit in Jesús unit in Coral Village. For me and my daughter, it is perfect! Jesus is very attentive and responsive! A pleasure to work with! I highly recommend him and his condo! 👌 We really enjoy the convenience to walk to super mercado, beaches, restaurants. Bávaro is like a 2nd home for me. Muchas gracias por todo!!!!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay with Lexie. Her place is the perfect home base for a beach trip - pristinely clean on arrival, supplied with everything you could want or need, and so thoughtfully laid out. (The provided breakfast foods were very appreciated but you'll want to make sure you're stocked up for meals before you arrive, as options in the area are limited for dinners.) The location near beautiful Playa Macao was exactly what we wanted for our trip - very local, not overly touristy or overdeveloped. If you're not a big walker, definitely consider renting a car for beach trips due to the terrain/dune buggy traffic. The house's terrace alone is worth a stay - on the one rainy day during our trip, we were perfectly happy sitting inside and reading. Lexie herself is one of the best hosts I've stayed with in many years of using Airbnb - so kind, helpful, responsive, and hilarious! We absolutely loved hanging out with her and Riley, the tiniest and cutest doggo.
