This stunning designer home is has been built for luxury, featuring expansive deck areas with beautiful sea views. Short walk to Saint Heliers Beach and shops. Short drive to Kohi and Mission bay Beaches. 15 minutes from Auckland CBD Enjoy the sun drenched deck and lounge areas and explore the sights nearby. You will have the entire place to yourself which consists of the main house and an attached flat with kitchenette, bathroom, living room and bedroom. We have a strict no parties policy

Welcome to HobsonVilla, a charming, self-contained studio with its own entrance - suits one or two people. Parking for 1 small/med car (up to about 3.5m). This beautiful oasis in Hobsonville is less than 2 minutes drive from motorway on-ramps travelling North or South and easy access to West Auckland, Whenuapai, Kumeu (10 mins) and the Waitakere Ranges. It is less than 5 minutes drive to the Upper Harbour Bridge which connects Hobsonvile to the North Shore, including Greenhithe and Albany.

Family Retreat in the Countryside, time to unwind. Relax and enjoy surroundings away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will love this newly build accommodation, inspired by modern European country style, set against a backdrop of magical native bush. The accommodation is separate from the main house. Guests will be treated to a complimentary continental style breakfast which includes coffee, tea fruit and juices. We also include fresh seasonal fruits from our orchard as available.

Piha Designer House - Ocean Views - 2 brm

Designed to capture the sun and the sweeping ocean view. Wood-burner for cosy winter nights and unlimited fibre broadband wifi for Netflix. Pull back the ranch sliders in summer and open the house to the outdoors. Relax with dinner, drinks and the setting sun on the covered outdoor deck. Underfloor heating the bathrooms provides all year comfort. It's a 5min walk down the road to the start of the beach track and then a 20min stroll through the bush down to the beach (or a 3min drive!)

A Modern 1-bedroom stand alone home between the heart of Greenlane & Ellerslie. Private, comfortable and close to everything, making it easy to plan and enjoy your visit! Close to the city, motorway access & just 13km from Auckland Airport! Lots of public transport options & nearby attractions like Ellerslie Racecourse, One Tree Hill, Silvia Park and Newmarket. Enjoy plenty of entertainment & dining options in the area too. All basic necessities are provided for a comfortable stay.

Charming Kiwi Bach by the Sea

Sun-drenched and elevated with views towards beach and forest, this cosy kiwi bach is in a quaint, seaside suburb on the Manukau Harbour. A huge sunny deck makes this the perfect location for a relaxed summer stay and a woodburner makes it a cosy haven for winter. One minute walk to sheltered beach and nearby Huia Store Cafe and Waitakere trail walks, freshwater swimming holes and scenic lookouts at your doorstep and only 45 mins to Auckland central, 1 hour to the airport .

RELAX SO CLOSE TO AUCKLAND

Located only 60 minutes from downtown Auckland or Auckland International Airport (traffic dependant) this is the perfect escape from the city or base to explore Auckland. Relax on the deck and enjoy Rangitoto Island in the distance. Close to Kauri Bay Boomrock and a great location to relax before or after that big day. Bike friendly being only a Ten Minutes drive from ForFourty Mountain Bike Park, perfect location for a biking weekend away. Absolutely no parties

Tranquil Karekare Valley Home

Tranquil Valley Home, 4 guests 2 upstairs bedrooms. A walk on Karekare beach is one of the most memorable walks in the country. Some of the local bush and coastal walks are also highly rated. Karekare had some significant flooding in February 2023. There are still some road works being completed. We inform guests about these at the time of the booking. Our place and Karekare is now fine and safe to visit. We look forward to having you stay. Stephen

Ruruwai - Perfectly positioned in Piha

This near new, high end, 1 bedroom, apartment like property is situated in a prime Piha location walking distance to everything. This property combines luxury with a relaxed beach feel and all the mod cons you could ask for. Fully self contained, it boasts a full sized kitchen, and beautiful bathroom with walk in shower. Open up the huge sliding doors and look out to Lion Rock and across the river to the Waitakere Ranges national park across the road.
