This home exceeded our expectations. It is exactly as shown online however it is more beautiful in person. Lots of space, spotless and the view from the front yard at sunset left us speechless. Walking distance to pickleball courts, an outdoor concert space and park where we saw dozens of javelinas and their babies. Several different outdoor tables & chairs made our morning coffee talks so enjoyable! Thank you for an inviting and cozy place Emily.

My family and I had a wonderful trip to Sedona, which was highlighted by our stay at Michelle’s place. We had 4 adults, 2 kids & a toddler and we could not have imagined a more perfect set-up for location and type of home. The house was spotless, very cozy, and Michelle has clearly spent time and attention on every detail of the house (which just made our stay so enjoyable). Some specifics we loved (esp the kids): pop a shot & pacman to play and stay entertained, perfect hot tub to come back to after hiking, a beautiful open living space and kitchen where we all hung out, ate together and watched movies. Given we have young kids, we ate several meals at home and the kitchen was perfectly organized (with labels of where everything is - awesome touch!) and had anything and everything you’d want or need. Location: perfectly situated just a 5 minute drive into town (the Village of Oak Creek), which had plenty of food options. Michelle - so responsive and caring. Had great recs!

We loved the home. It was very comfortable. Restaurants, shops, and other attractions were a short drive away. The house was well stocked and immaculate. We enjoyed the private backyard with a fire pit and hot tub. The beds were super comfortable. There were a couple of small glitches during our stay, but Cariissa and Mike were quick to respond. A special treat was the views of the red rocks. We would highly recommend this property to anyone coming to Sedona. It is a very special place to stay.

Highly recommend! It was the perfect home to relax and recover from a 4 day backpack adventure. As described it is a ways from downtown Sedona but still walking distance to some great restaurants and amenities. It is the perfect place for those looking for a beautiful view, a comfortable, rejuvenating home in a quiet neighbourhood and close access to hiking and biking trails. We hope to be back!

Beautiful views! Beds comfortable, bed linens very nice. The patio jacuzzi spa (hot tub) & indoor electric fireplace were great (we did not use the outdoor fore pit table). Everything inside the place is spotlessly clean & the place is quite roomy. Quiet area. TV (Roku) in the master bedroom was much appreciated. Coffee bar in kitchen with a Kuerig! Uptown Sedona is about 25-30 min drive from Cottonwood due to traffic snarls as you enter Uptown Sedona. Nic's Italian Steakhouse, Belfry Brewing & Merkin Vineyard Hilltop Winery were all good experiences in Cottonwood. However, the Winery has no dedicated "tasting room". You can taste at patio bar or at your table. The view is phenomenal, don't miss enjoying a glass of wine here. We did wine at sunset & the colorful hills & mountains so pretty. The food at the Winery was tasty & they make their own fresh pasta! Be advised, the Winery menu is ala carte. We loved our stay at this Cottonwood Airbnb, would recommend & hope to return!

Quail Hollow Retreat is an absolutely incredible place to stay! From the beautiful landscape in the backyard to the hospitality of Sandi & Bill, 4738292/10 recommend! You’re in a safe, little neighborhood but somehow feel secluded in your own little paradise. Sandi & Bill supply the basic essentials + some. Very responsive hosts and do their best to make you feel right at home during your stay. We will definitely be back!!

Bob and Natalie’s place was very welcoming and so cozy and clean. They welcomed us on our arrival, which has never happened, and was really nice as they told us about local spots to eat and explore. It was a perfect size for our family of six and we could easily cook meals in the kitchen as it had so many kitchen immenities! We even made s’mores one night on the back patio with the fire pit and enjoyed the view of the stars and the quietness, always so nice and quiet at night, very peaceful. We experienced a lot while there as the location of their house is in a central spot to Sedona, Flaggstaff, and the Grand Canyon among so much else! It really is a wonderful place. We hope to enjoy it again one day:) Thank you, Bob and Natalie!!

As an Airbnb owner myself, I was very pleased with the thoughtful touches. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The hot tub was very clean. The outside area was clean and private. Great location. Easy to find, with clearly marked parking. Would highly recommend. One of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in.

Toni Morrison house was great. As expected it was close to the main road making it easy to get to both the shops and the hikes by car. The kitchen had all the options for anything needed to make a meal or two and the wifi worked perfectly (which I needed bc my cell signal was terrible). Also enjoyed the collection of books near the couch. Would recommend.

Ava was very welcoming with her instructions and the groceries she provided. Very thoughtful to have food provisions for back up and a well stocked fridge. The accommodation had everything we needed.

omg! such a beautiful place with beautiful hosts. communication was great. Troy had a lot of local recommendations. the property is nothing short of amazing. the studio I stayed in was darling and immaculate. you can open the windows and get a nice cross breeze. at least in the cooler months. there is adequate supplies for cooking a small meal. i needed a couple of things that I needed like foil and the hosts were super quick responding every time I reached out. it was perfect and serene with the wind chime and the sound of the breeze in the trees along with the sounds of the creek. it's perfect for the solo traveler or a couples romantic getaway. I look forward to returning. I feel so blessed.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Zuhause von Kevin ist wunderschön im Grünen gelegen, wodurch man von jedem Zimmer einen tollen Blick hat. Die grosszügige Terrasse kann man bei schönem Wetter wunderbar zum grillen benutzen. Der Wohn- und Schlafbereich ist mit viel Stil und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, wodurch wir uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Kevin und seine Frau waren außerdem reizende Gastgeber und haben uns tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.

Gary hosted us as Carolyn was recovering from surgery, it was a beautiful home with gorgeous landscaping to look at. It was nice to. One back to at the end of the day and relax and enjoy the “view” Thank you for a lovely vacation.

Had an amazing stay at RRR Ranch Cabins – Evening Star! The cabin was cozy, clean, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. Loved the scenic views and the serene atmosphere. The alpaca treats were a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

This A frame in Munds park was great for our weekend stay and trip to nearby Sedona. The cabin is cozy, neighborhood is very peaceful and our overall experience was fantastic. We had a random snow storm on day of arrival and Eric was proactive in making sure that snow was shoveled same day and we were comfortably checked in. Cabin is well supplied and well equipped. Eric was great at responding quickly and communicating clearly about everything we needed to know. Highly recommend!

Sarah responded quickly & hosts a beautiful cabin on corner lot with Tonto National forest & trail head across the street. Peaceful back yard facing the forest while rocking on porch, relaxing in jacuzzi, drinking coffee or glass of wine, fire pit with s'mores provided or listening to the wind blow through the trees & elk walking all around! Pet friendly & safe. Great time & highly recommend

Perfect location! This was a beautiful, unique stay in every way. It's surrounded by the classic Sedona views and the inside decor was really cute and unique as well. We found it to be very kid friendly too! Our family enjoyed making meals together and found everything we needed and more in the kitchen. We also really enjoyed the books and board games. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect.

Me and my fiancé only stayed one night at this cabin, it had all the essentials and was a great place to crash, would visit again so I can enjoy it more!

The cabin was a peaceful escape among the trees, with an expansive deck to relax on. The property was thoughtfully furnished and decorated, including some fun artistic flourishes. Brian provided plenty of information, including clear details about location and check-in. The only creature comfort missing was a kettle!

Mike and Cindi have a beautiful cabin in the peaceful pines. We cannot say enough good things about their place. It is an absolutely perfect getaway spot for rest, relaxation, and clean mountain air. The cabin is cozy, well decorated, and makes us feel right at home. This was our second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we already look forward to another visit next year. We enjoyed our stay at this little cabin. Despite its size, it was well provisioned and we were able to find everything we needed. We were only here to stay overnight, but the kids loved it. My son spent the late afternoon on the little patio relaxing and it was very peaceful. Admittedly, it's a bit tight for a family of 4, but if you pack lightly like us you can certainly make it work (and we knew this going in). The mini-split helped maintain the perfect temperature and all 4 of us slept well. Julee and Justin's recommendation for dinner was spot-on and much appreciated. Despite being in a small community and there being some activity, the elk were all around in the early evening - we counted 22 in just one field alone! Do pay attention to Julee's instructions on getting up the driveway - it can be tricky if you're in a smaller vehicle. Overall this is a great place to stay in the area if you want to check out Tonto Natural Bridge, which is only roughly 15 minutes away.
