We spent a wonderful 4 days at Semme and Jenn’s cabin in the woods. The view is fantastic and the place is super clean and functional. LO loved the books and toys in the play zone, too. There was some hiccup about hearing, but Jenn and Semme went above and beyond making sure it’s fixed and we are comfortable. Highly recommend if you are visiting the Franconia area!

We made a last minute trip to see the colors for indegenous people’s day and Dean and Lori’s place was perfect: there was plenty of room for the 6 of us to explore the area, and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Dean and Lori welcomed us with a little bag of treats, and a text to welcome us, and we’re always responsive to all our questions. Thanks again for a great stay!

The cabin matched the description. It is small but space was utilized well. Nice decor, the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot! The location was close to Jackson making it easy to get around. The houses were a little closer together than I expected but it was not a problem. The deck worked out well especially for our 2 small dogs. I thought there was going to be a grill to cook out on, but that could have been my misreading of the description. The view was fabulous. My husband has balance issues and did find it challenging to navigate the 4 granite steps and the uneven granite walkway to the house. Probably not an issue for most people. I would recommend this cabin.

We love Jeremiah and Lisseth’s place! It was a great stay. We really appreciated how clean the house was and how well they communicated with us. It was a comfortable environment and we felt right at home. The fire place and hot tub were big perks for our group. They made sure we had everything we needed and showed they care. We will definitely book a stay with them in the future!

This place is great. Beautiful, and full of character. The stream running through the back yard was just a cherry on top. Will definitely be coming back for more skiing!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for our family with two young daughters. The space was well kept and there was plenty of room! Having both a front and rear deck was a huge plus for relaxing. 5 minutes from story land and a quick drive to the Kancamagus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back. Scott was an excellent host and would certainly recommend! 5 stars!

What a peaceful stay. Multi-level mountain views, open floor plans, and plenty of space to unwind. The dry sauna was relaxing after a long day outside in the snow. I appreciated that there were different heating systems to keep us warm (just in case one failed). Thankfully, there were no issues during our stay. Our stay was perfect and rejuvenating. Thanks Kelly for sharing you wonderful mountain chalet!

We spent a month at the house and felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked, linens and towels were provided and the beds were comfortable. The house was quiet, peaceful and had everything we needed. The host was very accommodating and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!!

This home was beautiful, spacious, and had amazing quality furniture. The place really felt like a home. It was also very close to a 24 hour gas station and less than 5 minutes from a grocery stores and multiple restaurants, which was amazing. Romy was responsive quickly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again!

This was our 2nd stay here and it was amazing. The place was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. Danielle was super nice and made a homemade ice cream cake for my son’s birthday that was delicious!! We would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay. The house was in a great location and very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Also coffee and shampoo and lotion all there. Easy check out instructions. Appreciated not being left with a list of check out duties. Easy Highly recommend and Would return for a future stay

Had everything we needed and was comfy. 12min drive to attitash and 25min to wildcat. Quiet street to walk the dogs and 6min drive to fun trail. Extremely clean except a few overlooked spots like under furniture and the coffee water tank - I let the hosts know and those spots will be sorted out for future guests. Hosts were very responsive and kind throughout the entire booking experience. The one thing that I would really love to see is swapping the weak+short chicken wire-type stuff with an actual fence so medium size 30-50lb dogs (and maybe little kids) could have a little more freedom in the yard without fear of accidentally launching themselves into the downhill woods. We enjoyed our stay and would like to return for another ski trip!

Great location! Property came exactly as advertised. Justine was super attentive with communication. The chalet is well laid out and easily accommodated our group. Everything was well thought out from the wi-fi, to the kitchen and beyond. When we arrived someone actually had firewood perfectly stacked in the pit so all we had to do was light a match and presto, mountainside camp fire and smores! Nice touch Justine! Can't emphasize enough how great the location is. North Conway and all of the shops and dining that go with it is 5 minutes away and for the outdoorsy there are an abundance of hiking and mountain biking trails equally as close.

My husband and I met up with my daughter and son-in-law for a stay at Dawn's. We enjoyed the fireplace very much, and my son-in-law fixed a fabulous meal with a beautifully equipped kitchen. We all loved the Jacuzzi and had a blast chilling in the mountains. Would come back again in a heartbeat- and stay longer!

The house was wonderful and Renee's communications made everything clear and easy. The layout and space was particularly great for our group - the kids loved the family room downstairs with the pool table/air hockey setup, while the adults enjoyed the main floor kitchen and family room space. It was a perfect home base for skiing at Attitash and Wildcat with family and friends! The kitchen was pretty and well-equipped and the rooms were all comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
