Cozy 1700's farmhouse comfortably sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms, with an additional kids room that has a fold-out double futon and loft with one double air-mattress, perfect for children's sleeping bags. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. Dogs welcome! The house is next to Norbrook Farm Brewery, which you can walk to.

For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

Originally from Russia (hence the name “Beriozka” meaning Birch Tree) I live in Stamford CT. About 7-8 years ago I’ve discovered Chester/ Essex area and fell in love. I’ve been coming here during summer to enjoy river rides, during winter just to see snow on the ground of old towns and needless to say during fall – when all the beauty of nature unfolds. Then came an idea to have an own place here and when an opportunity came to buy this small cottage on Cedar Lake I’ve jumped on it.

Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. Sticks and Stones Farm offers a rustic glamping experience! When you stay with us you'll get the adventure and fun of camping (no electricity, outdoor showers etc.) while still getting to lay your head on a soft pillow in a bed. Windy Top Cottage ~ A Romantic "European" Getaway

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
