If Gina's listing had just lived up to the description, this would have been a great experience. However, not only did it live up to the description, I cannot say enough about how wonderful Gina was to communicate with. She was unbelievably responsive, caring, empathetic, flexible, accommodating, and overall was just really committed to ensuring that my stay was the best it possibly could be. The personal touch that Gina put on the experience and the way that she made me feel at home was above and beyond what I could have hoped for. One of the best reservations I’ve had on this app. Trish was very accommodating and reasonable. She lowered the price, replied fast, and was extremely professional and friendly throughout the whole transaction. The apartment was spotless and stylish— there were also dishes and food available in the kitchen. This was overall a very nice experience and I will definitely do business here again.

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

The place is beautiful, spacious, and set in a very safe neighborhood. Kisha was always responsive and understanding.

We absolutely loved this place! Great space for a family, and so walkable to restaurants, walking trail, dog park, etc. Our host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you!

Kisha's place was an oasis of peace and calm. There isn't much to do in the area (I was rained in the whole week) but there's so much to do at the airbnb (like using the hot tub, reading/working, or watching TV). The most notable thing was that everything was so clean and I was able to use the hot tub enjoyably. This listing is BEAUTIFUL and spacious (basically the whole top floor to yourself) and I hope to be back again!! The cute puppy was a great bonus.

The place was exactly as described—spacious, with plenty of beds to accommodate our group. We enjoyed cooking in the well equipped kitchen and gathering around the island. There were ample utensils and cleaning supplies, which was a plus. The bed mattress on the first-floor was comfortable, but the ones on the Queen beds were not. However, that didn’t affect our stay.

My family and I stayed here while visiting family and with there only being 2 star hotels in the area this Airbnb was perfect! The furniture was nice and comfortable as well as clean. It was also very spacious for our family for the weekend. We enjoyed our stay very much! I would definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was an outstanding trip for our students. Your home provided them with a restful sleep. They performed at the conference on top of their game. It was a fantastic experience. We can't say enough about how well everything worked out for our group. Many thanks.

Tracey’s home was newly renovated and wonderfully so. The beds were the among the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in , including nice hotels. The en suite bathroom and shower was nicer than hotel quality. The kitchen was chefs quality which made sense when we found out that Tracey was a restauranteur and runs the local golf club’s restaurant. He kindly made us some cookies upon arrival, but we did not get a chance to eat at his restaurant…which looked great…as did the public golf course. Tracey was a superb host, friendly and always available with good suggestions. Our kids loved playing in the back yard, rolling down the hill. They want to go back to “Mr Tracey’s House” as do we. Danbury was a nice alternative to Hudson valley with fewer tourists, yet still good hikes nearby as well as some good restaurants and a train museum that are kids enjoyed.

I stay at cottages, houses and hotels quite frequently. I would have to say that staying here was probably my favorite of all time hands down. Extremely peaceful and relaxing but at anytime you can be adventurous and explore the area or go kayaking. Kathy was absolutely amazing as a host and made our stay great. She’s a text away if you have any questions and is willing to go the extra mile if need be to make your stay that much better. Absolutely loved the house and it was better than the description I had read prior to booking. A complete must stay even being from CT.

This was my fourth time staying here, and it’s always a pleasure. The place is clean, comfortable, and feels like a home away from home. Tracey is always so welcoming and kind—highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay, enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the lake in the mornings and evenings. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to make some simple meals. Came for a weekend to attend a baby shower in Cromwell as well as do some kid activities (Dinosaur state park and Kid City) so it was a good central location between all of those locations.

We stayed at this home with 10 family members for a surprise engagement weekend, and it was absolutely perfect for the occasion! The house comfortably fit all of us, and while the living room only had a small couch, we made great use of the extra kitchen chairs to gather together. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the massive backyard would have been amazing to enjoy. Unfortunately, it rained every day of our trip, but we could tell it would be perfect on a sunny day. Tyca was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question or concern, she responded within minutes, no matter the hour. Her communication made the entire stay stress-free. Don’t be intimidated by the house rules they’re just in place to keep the home clean and organized, and it truly shows. We had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for a better space to celebrate such a special weekend!
