Our house is close to the centre of Coniston village, 2 mins walk from the shops, pubs and restaurants and a short stroll down to the lake. The house has quality furniture and fittings, we've taken time over everything, the wood burning stove, comfy beds and the modern well equipped kitchen. There's beautiful landscapes throughout and some unique leaded glass by Sarah Lace. You can leave the car and walk everywhere if you wish. Our house is good for couples, families and one well behaved dog.

Lake View Lodge

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. The Lake View Lodge is a self-contained, wooden lodge with access to three acres of grounds and wild meadows attracting a wonderful array of wildlife including owls, red kites, deer, foxes and woodpeckers. Enjoy a large 45 square meter space with king sized bed, double sofa bed, shower room and kitchenette. Ideally suited for up to two adults and two children or three adults.

There are many wonderful walks and bike rides available from the front door. Stays start Mondays or Fridays.

Three Springs, as it is known, is an idyllic Lakeland cottage, well equipped and positioned in a superb, elevated position, overlooking Coniston Water and Grizedale Forest. With a picturesque garden, set on different levels, there are breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding fells. Being only five minutes walk from the village centre, it is very convenient for all local amenities. Sleeps four (+1). We allow up to 2 dogs and charge £20 per stay for each pet.
