The chalet was great, clean and quiet environment, walkable distance to the beach, we really had a nice weekend with my family

Perfect accomodation for an overnight stay to visit friends. Spotlessly clean and Nick and Anna responded really quickly to our messages. Will definitely visit again when I'm the area.

Beautiful and comfortable, the Rectors Retreat was a wonderful long weekend stay. Private parking was a godsend and meant not paying for expensive parking during our stay. The location is brilliant being just around the corner from Steep Hill and a stones throw from the Castle & Cathedral. No issue with noise in a big city is always a plus. Only things to note was how warm it was upon arrival, all radiators were on full blast. Luckily plenty of lovely space to let cool air in and a fan is provided. The oven caught us out as you have to set a time after setting the temperature. But Valerie was prompt in her response and explanation after we contacted her about having a problem with the oven. An amazing stay in Lincoln near anything and everything you could wish to see or visit in the lovely city.

We had a lovely weekend in Lincoln and this was a perfect spot at the top of Steep Hill. Very spacious, comfortable and clean apartment. Lovely balcony with outdoor seating which was a nice sun trap. Would highly recommend and would use again. Overall this was a really lovely place.

Such a beautiful stay! Super cosy and comfy. We can’t wait to book again and try the local walks and pub. Anna was lovely and really attentive. A huge thank you from the Andrews ☺️

Really enjoyed our stay. Karla & David's place was excellent and nice and homely. Beautiful location with walks to beach and surrounding area. Site is ideal for visits to the apartment as well as camping and tourer vans. Lovely friendly owners who were very helpful and easy to talk to.

Great chalet. Had everything we needed. Very clean with fab outdoor space that was peaceful. We didn’t need the second bedroom so used as a dressing room which was great. All cleaning products provided including a Hoover. The towels were lovely and felt like blankets. We both felt very relaxed sat outside with a morning coffee and the sun on our face. Short stroll to the dunes with a 5 minute up and over trail straight onto the beautiful beach. Great food and reasonable price drinks at the site bar and restaurant too 👌🏼💯

We booked the apartment very last minute as a little getaway. The photos looked great and the apartment did not disappoint. It was spotless. Lots of room and just very very homely. I am recovering from an op and this place was just the tonic. The accommodation and added hot tub were just what I needed. 100% would recommend. Harry was on hand 24/7 and made us feel right at home. Set in a beautiful location with lovely surroundings. I will definitely be visiting again and have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Harry

A great place to stay which ticked all our boxes. Good parking , peaceful area , good size rooms , lovely garden. A short drive to Cleethorpes, going through lovely villages to get there. Deborah was great with answering my questions . Definitely will return

We stayed for a few days and felt right at home. Communication with our host was quick, easy, and helpful. Loved the car park spot and the ease to get inside without having to deal with stairs. The home was clean and comfortable, including the beds. The only thing I would make note of is the couches could use an upholstery clean, but have blankets to cover them so I wasn’t too put off by it. Would stay again 👌🏻

Perfect accommodation, excellently equipped to a high standard, with attention to detail on everything you would need during your stay, including welcome drinks, cereals and snacks. The views out onto the garden and further to the golf course were delightful, with a secluded patio area and a short walk into the town where excellent there are restaurants and shops. Michael was a very welcoming host, responsive to EV charger questions prior to arrival and providing helpful advice on the local area and best places to eat. We will definitely be returning for another stay - thank you so much Michael.

Lovely few days away as a family with small children with friends. Great place with lovely big garden. Beautiful play park within walking distance. Great facilities.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at Joanna's place which was just right for us. The place itself has everything you would need and there were no issues at all. The host is very helpful and friendly and we would highly recommend this lovely quiet place for a break.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at the cottage. The place looks even better than the pictures and is in a great location. Everything was clean and tidy, including the hot tub. Sam was a very helpful and responsive host. We took advantage of the in house massage treatments that were offered which were fantastic. Both Sam and Elian were very professional and did a great job. It would however have been useful to have a few extra towels and simple amenities such as sugar/kitchen towels/milk. However there were other things available such as tea bags and coffee. Also, in case of larger groups staying it's good to be aware that though there are 3 bathrooms there is only 1 shower. Overall we had a lovely weekend and would definitely book again!

We recently spent the long Easter weekend at Tara’s barn conversion, and it was an absolute delight. The accommodation provided ample space for our three small families, ensuring everyone had a comfortable stay. The property was well-equipped with everything we needed, making our visit truly enjoyable. Tara was exceptionally responsive throughout the booking process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Overall, we highly recommend this lovely barn conversion for its warmth, space, and excellent host.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Wonderful apartment. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed. Lovely extra touches to make you feel welcome such as milk in fridge, croissants, bubbly. Super responsive host.

We had a wonderful time in Rebecca's place. It looks better than the photos to be honest. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with lovely linens and towels. The decor is great and it is very peaceful with its own outside patio and plenty of parking. Woodhall Spa was a delightful find and far more vibrant than expected. I would definitely stay in Rebecca's place again next time we come to visit family in the area.

Perfect location and base for 3 friends to catch up over the weekend. Apartment had everything listed and more. Pristinely clean. The cakes and bread were a very delicious and welcoming touch. Several car parks very close and a short walk over the bridge to the Newark Castle train station. Trains to Lincoln and Nottingham were cheap and regular once Newark had been explored. Wine bar with outdoor seating underneath was the cherry on top for our sunny weekend in Newark. Noise as expected while the wine bar was open and all quiet once it closed. A perfect place to stay! Samuel is a really nice guy, really interesting to talk to, flexible with times (I came in at 4am!). Great guy, would 100% recommend.
