Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

La petite maison à Dannemois

Joli village, calme avec ses vieux lavoirs. On y trouve un restaurant et une ferme avec fruits légumes, oeufs. A visiter également le moulin de Claude Francois. Aux alentours qqles idées de visite:le village de Barbizon Le château de Courances et son magnifique jardin Japonais (3kms). Milly la forêt (6kms) . Verrerie d'art à Soisy/école (2kms). Le Château de fontainebleau et sa forêt pour y faire de l'escalade. Sans oublier le départ de nombreuses randonnées pedestres et vtt .location velo

Nice 2 bedroom apartment 40 minutes from Paris

Apartment of 80m ² located at 1h00 by train of the 7 most beautiful districts of Paris: - Saint-Germain-des-Près, - the Latin Quarter, - the Montmartre district, - the Marais district, - the Bastille district, - the Batignolles district, - the Butte-aux-Cailles district - the Opera district and tourist places such as : - Louvre Museum, - Eiffel Tower, - Arc de Triomphe, - Pantheon. The Evry Courcouronne train station is 5 minutes away by foot. One free parking space.

Direct view Eiffel Tower for 2/4 !

INFORMATION: IMPORTANT: Enter on January 1, 2026 and onAugust 1 2026 there will be a roof renovation; no work between 5 p.m. ans 8 p.m in the morning but during the day there may be noise due to the work and there will be scaffolding on the building which will no impede view and light; i have reduce the rental price by 40% to take this work into account 100 m from the Eiffel Tower , High speed internet, 6th floor , direct view on Eiffel Tower ... AC mobile

spacieux dans un quartier calme. Près de l'autoroute du sud, Fontainebleau, Blandy l tours, Milly la foret . escalade, randonnée en foret, Franchart, Barbizon peut être envisagé. éventuellement 1 lit d appoint pour enfant. ni fête , ni soirée lors du séjour. Suite à la pandémie nous demandons aux voyageurs de déposer le linge de lit dans la douche et de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes de la salle d eau. A dispo savon liquide et produit désinfectant.

Fermette restaurée proche Barbizon, Idéal Climbing

Corps de ferme indépendant, très bien situé, proche de Fontainebleau, Barbizon et Abonne la Forêt. Idéalement situé pour les amateurs d’escalades, Climbing, le parcours des 25 bosses dans la foret de Fontainebleau, visiter les villages de Milly la forêt, Barbizon et ses galeries de peintures, Fontainebleau et son château ou pour les passionnés de Golf (Cély en Bière et Fontainebleau) .

Petite maison de charme au coeur de Barbizon

C'est une petite maison ancienne de la fin du 19eme siècle entièrement restaurée et aménagée dans un style raffiné et contemporain. C'est un havre de lumière et de paix au coeur du centre historique de Barbizon; à 2 pas de forêt de Fontainebleau. Location de plus de 2 semaines possibles après échanges avec moi via la messagerie du site.
