This water-front house is located in the Palm Key community, a secluded 350-acre nature get-a-way on the Broad River about 10 minutes from I-95, 30 minutes from Beaufort and Parris Island, and 45 minutes to Hilton Head and Savannah, Georgia. Grocery stores and restaurants are located 15 minutes away in Ridgeland. If you like to cookout, we have a park style grill in the backyard. Our property boasts several Grand Oaks and is frequented by wildlife, as well as our two friendly golden retrievers. Our dock has a lounge area and can be used to tie up your boat. The river allows easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW, and fishing locally is terrific year round.
