Welcome to your Southside Experience! This modern, second story home is located in the lively Southside community in Downtown Chatt. Walk, bike or Uber to many close downtown activities, restaurants, bars, unique shops, or explore the mountains. Start your day drinking coffee while enjoying the Lookout Mountain view and end the day relaxing on our comfy sofa or in the hot tub, should you choose to add the “hot-tub experience” ($100 additional fee) to your stay. The HH is uniquely decorated for comfort and warmth. Our fully equipped kitchen provides all that you need should you forego dining at the best local restaurants less than 1 mile away.

Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.
